This fully stocked retreat is complete with all the modern amenities and essentials needed for the ideal getaway! Enjoy access to the Gallatin River, located on a trail a half-mile away. Bring your fishing rod and your family and prepare for a memorable and comfortable Montana vacation.

This modern farmhouse getaway features 3 bedrooms with 3 beds and 2.5 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. In the summer:
- Explore the outdoors with a half-mile trail leading to the Gallatin River, renowned for world-class fly fishing and stunning natural beauty.
- Be sure to take advantage of the many hiking trails in Bozeman.
- If you're more into speed, bring your mountain bike to explore the trails. Visit Fairy Lake, Hyalite Canyon, or the caverns at Lewis and Clark State Park in Three Forks. At Missouri Headwaters State Park, you can see the place where the Jefferson, Gallatin, and Madison Rivers combine to create the Mighty Missouri River.
- For the aquatically interested, take an inner tube or kayak down the river, or go white water rafting on the Gallatin or Yellowstone River. If you're adventurous, raft down the Yankee Jim Canyon north of Gardiner on your way to the park!
In the winter:
- Enjoy cross-country skiing nearby or downhill skiing at Bridger Bowl.

Neighbourhood
Located in a newly developed subdivision within the Four Corners neighborhood of Bozeman, this home offers convenient access to attractions in all directions: north to Belgrade, east to downtown Bozeman, south to Big Sky and West Yellowstone, or west to Norris.
Four Corners is a vibrant area with a variety of businesses including bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and a fly-fishing shop.
You'll also find yourself just 1 mile from Bozeman Hot Springs, 8 miles from MSU, 29 miles from Bridger Bowl Ski Area, and 44 miles from Big Sky Resort. Yellowstone National Park is a scenic 88-mile drive away.
Bozeman is the biggest town nearby and is where you will be able to find anything you need! There are grocery stores, pharmacies, hospitals, and more! It’s approximately a 20-minute drive away. Bozeman is known as “the most livable place” for good reason. Enjoy world-renowned fly fishing, and stunning mountains for hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, skiing, hunting, and backcountry exploring. Yellowstone National Park and abundant wildlife are also nearby. Don’t miss out on Bozeman’s city experience - explore the vibrant arts and culture scene with main street festivals, farmers markets, cultural centers, museums, symphonies, theaters, and art galleries.


Getting around
There is free parking at the property for 2 vehicles.

Getting around is easiest by vehicle. Bozeman Airport has major car rental companies should you need to rent a car while visiting. While we do have Uber and Lyft, plus a free local bus service, you'll likely want to get into the country to experience all of Montana's beauty.



We understand plans can change, so here’s a quick rundown of our cancellation policy:
- Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% Refund: Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in.
- No Refund: Cancel fewer than 7 days before check-in.
- Special Case: Full refund within 48 hours of booking if canceled at least 14 days before check-in.
Note: A 4% processing fee applies to all cancellations (excluding Airbnb bookings).
The house is located in a subdivision. Please no loud parties or late night noise. Please treat the home, the furnishings, and the neighbors with respect.


Check in time is at your convenience, anytime after 4 pm. Check out time is 11 am.

If you need a late checkout, we are happy to accommodate these requests up to 24 hours in advance of your arrival (preferably at the time of booking) for the fee of $25 per hour. Sorry, we are not able to accommodate late checkout requests made within 24 hours of checkout.

We are unable to guarantee early check-in times as we are often cleaning up after the previous guests up until your arrival time. If you’d like to drop your bags, we can accommodate this after 12:00 pm on the day of your arrival. Upon request, we also can message you when the property is clean and ready for you.

Unplanned late checkouts will be charged $50 per hour. We’ll give you a 10 minute grace period before the charge is incurred. While this may seem strict, we’re just passing on the charges we incur from our cleaning team when they have to wait for you to depart before they can begin cleaning (they are very prompt).

Family Ski Vacation

The property was really clean, well stocked and in a great location for our family ski trip to Big Sky and Bridger. The only negative was the hot tub was disgusting upon our arrival and even though they responded quickly was not clean and usable until the evening of our second of 3 days.

This was the perfect VRBO for us- clean, comfortable and was the best stocked VRBO I have stayed in- spices, coffee ,tea, condiments- Plenty of cookware - also had ziplocks, plastic wrap- really nice- The only bummer was the Hot Tub was being repaired-

Perfect Getaway!

This property was a great find. We were in town for graduation and a park visit. Location was convenient to both. There were a couple of hiccups with check-in but host was responsive and made everything right. The kitchen is well stocked. Note the listing says 2 bathrooms but it's really 2.5 with a power room downstairs and 2 bathrooms up. The hot tub was nice to relax in after hiking around Yellowstone all day! Would stay here again.

Very nice house.

Everything was nice. The hottub was turned down to 93 and the filter was clogged with hair, which made very unenjoyable . Other than that the place was very nice and accommodating.
