The primary bedroom includes a spacious en-suite with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The guest bathroom also includes dual sinks and a walk-in shower. (Please note: there is no bathtub in the home.)

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped with a full stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and all your cookware. There is a traditional drip-style coffee pot and a toaster. Additionally, all your cutlery as well as tableware are stocked. Basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided for your cooking needs.

PARKING: Free parking in the circular driveway as well as ample street parking.
There is no garage access.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking

Pool heating fee is $50/day with a 3-day minimum.
Dogs under 30LBS are welcome with an added pet fee. Please let us know the breed and weight when inquiring about a pet. THERE IS A $500 FINE FOR ANY PETS ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION.
