    Cottage home 3 blocks from the beauty of Lake Charlevoix is the best value in town to sleep 6 people! High speed internet. Professionally cleaned. Close to downtown dining, microbreweries, and shopping. 3 blocks to peninsula beach or marina. Just a short drive to Young state park public beach area. Master bedroom with Queen bed, Second bedroom with queen and third has twin bunk beds. Large deck is great for outdoor living space. Stack washer and dryer. The location is very central to other great attractions! Boyne Mountain Resort is under 10 minutes away and offers top notch golf and skiing, Petoskey lakefront and shopping is a short 22 minute drive, Old Mission Peninsula wineries is an hour and 15 minutes, Mackinaw city is also an hour drive. So many things to do year round; beaches, boating, numerous golf courses, biking, hiking, zip lining, snowmobiling and kayaking.

Thumbs up!

This was my second stay at Laura's place, and it did not disappoint. The location is convenient to get to the parks, beaches, restaurants and shops of Boyne, but the street is quiet. It's a short hop to the ferry to get to Charlevoix as well. I'd definitely stay here again.

My family has stayed at this property twice now. It is in a great location for a ski trip to Boyne Mountain. Restaurants are very close with a lot of options.

Northern Getaway

We planned our trip so that our spouses could have a day at Boyne Mountain skiing and we could all hangout as friends. This house was perfect for our getaway!

Perfect Spot in Boyne

Stayed here the first week in August and the accommodations were perfect. Nothing really fancy but it met all expectations for the price with the bonus of having A/C for the hot summer days up north. House was perfect for our family of four. We could easily walk to town for a meal or ice cream from Kilwins. There was a nice public beach literally within a 10 minute walk of the house. Quiet neighborhood. Will be looking to stay here again next year.

The perfect getaway place

Loved this rental! We enjoyed it so much we booked it again for two months from now! We have a rental property and it’s the little things that matter! Towels, soap, kitchen items, fans! In the rooms! Cleanliness is what most of the reviews for this property had and it did not disappoint, so clean, clear directions for check in and check out! It felt so home like, the owners did a great job making a small house so open and welcoming! Love the keypad lock! Felt very safe, the location was near town but not to close, center ally located to so many fun towns around the area! It was a great stay! Thank you!

A great house in a great location!

This house was relatively small, but it was perfect! The floor plan was perfect for us, and the location was EVERYTHING! We could drive 5 minutes and we were able to go to the beach, a park or grab a bite to eat! And the food around us was amazing. I have no complaints about this house!

Excellent location for a fun vacation

This is a very new 3 bedroom house in Boyne City. It is in perfect condition and spotless. The location is about 10-15 minutes walk to the heart of downtown, maybe 7 minutes walk to the park at the beach. The neighborhood is super quiet and laid back. It is maybe 15 minutes walk in the other direction to Avalanche Mountain for some nice hiking. The house layout is very efficient. It looks small on the outside, but there is a good amount of living space on the inside for a family of 4-6. The A/C works great! We would not hesitate to stay again and we would recommend to anybody.

Northern Michigan Retreat

Our accommodations were cozy and comfortable. The host provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I can highly recommend this property. In addition, Boyne City is a nice, central location to enjoy short drives to other quaint towns along the shore as well as the wineries and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. There is so much to experience in this area. We will definitely return.

2nd Stay & Will Be Back Again!

This was our second time staying at the Trent Street property. We previously stayed over New Years and knew we found the perfect spot for a return visit in February. The location is ideal, with only a 10 minute drive to Boyne Mountain. Close by is the Avalanche hill sledding park which the kids really enjoyed! We loved being close to downtown Boyne City, and enjoyed dinners out at some of a favorite restaurants (Red Messa). For our family of 5, the accommodations were a good fit with 3 separate bedrooms and a large dining and gathering area for family movie night. The neighborhood is a blend of seasonal and full-time residents, and anyone you meet is warm and welcoming. With that said, my only suggestion for the host is to look into getting a bigger hot water tank (not enough hot water for 4 showers after a day on the slopes), and adding a space heater to the master bedroom. I’m certain we will be back again! 5 Stars! Mike (Novi, Michigan)

Great quiet stay

Great house in the quiet town of Boyne city. The living room is cozy, you can stream your phone or pc to the tv. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. There was extra bedding available in the closet. The entire house was very clean.
