"Nice property with a lovely outside area. There are chairs and a pool. They also have a basketball area. It’s one of the better outside areas I have seen in Irvine. This hotel is close to Food and shopping as well. Extremely nice staff at check in. Huge difference from the Homewood down the street. Great place for families."

"Very good hotel! The location is perfect, and the breakfast offers the essentials, which is pretty standard for most hotels nowadays. The only suggestion I would make is to add a fan in the toilet area of the bathroom. Overall, a great hotel and a very pleasant stay!"

"The breakfast was a very good breakfast each morning rooms were very clean. Staff was excellent and I wish you guys would have a hot tub that was the only thing that we felt was missing."

"Nice fire pit, but the second night there was a big pizza party around it so we couldn't enjoy it. The room was very big, no carpet, not decorated at all. Bathroom was a good size with a nice, long counter, but the tub had mildew. The air conditioner was noisy. Our room was on the side facing a big power station that was noisy in the morning (weekday). Breakfast was pretty bad. Fake eggs & soggy sausage and/or undercooked bacon were the options each day, as well as store-bought, too-sweet...

"The room was dated. The sliding door to the bathroom would not stay closed and had no lock. We had to wedge something in it to keep it closed. The sleeper sofa was very worn and no blanket or pillow was in the trim for it. We called the front desk and it took about an hour to get pillows. When I asked about the blanket they said they had none and they would look and let me know. They never got back to me. My 8 year old son slept with his clothes on and a sheet for a blanket."

"We have stayed here three times and each time it has been a good experience. The rooms are simple, but the bed is always comfortable and the staff is professional and friendly. Free parking is helpful."
