"The staff went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. We arrived at 9:30am thinking we would be dropping our bags off since check-in was at 4:00pm. Destiny said, your room is ready! At 9:30am! She wished my daughter a Happy Birthday and sent to our room those most delicious and decadent birthday cake on the house. The hotel was spotless, in a beautiful neighborhood, quiet, wonderful amenities, I would 100% recommend a stay at the Wall Street Hotel. "

"Amazing staff and attention to detail. Perfect location for a staycation. My dog’s leash broke and Catherine, one of the housekeepers noticed and had a leash ordered from the local Target for us! Talk about going above and beyond! I have never experienced that level of thoughtfulness from hotel staff. That kind gesture alone will make me return. Thank you for a great experience all around.

We had to hunker down and cancel plans because of the storm and everyone was so accommodating and understanding. We were also celebrating a birthday and the staff went above and beyond for us. I want to give a special thanks to the front desk staff including Angel, Micelle, and Simon - you guys were truly wonderful."
