"Small gym"

"The hotel was nothing like the photos online. The blue sofa and other stylish furniture shown in the listing were nowhere to be found. Instead, the lobby looked shabby, and the rooms were no better. There was visible dust throughout, and I took photos to document it. I also noticed grimy handprints on the sides of the furniture. The room smelled awful because of whatever heavily scented product had been used on the carpet. The odor was strong, chemical, and perfume-like. It gave me a headache...

"Our flight arrived late, we got there after 12am. Upon check in the staff was very rude. We went to our room which was not clean, food on the floor bugs crawling around. We asked for another room, the male worker said it was no other room. He proceeded to tell us we can leave, that’s exactly what we did. I contacted Expedia for a refund, the male that checked us in marked us as a no show. I have videos and pictures. "

To top things off, the front desk girl and her manger are rude and unsympathetic. Not even a polite apology. Just stared at me expressionless. Really odd vibe. Have stayed at many Courtyards before and they’re generally clean and well kept, but this one looked like a complete dump outside and in the lobby. "Clean hotel. Room was nice. Decent breakfast is served.The only downside is that the Internet is says it is steps away from the casino. That is not accurate! It is actually about a 2 mile drive. itssteps form the casino but"

"Breakfast was good and fresh! It was cold that night so I didn't get a chance to enjoy the outside. However, I was disappointed that I booked a king size bed and I received double beds. I don't mind double beds but I got the room because I enjoyed the kingsize bed when I originally stayed at that hotel."

"The staff was wonderful. Very comfortable room. The bar was inviting and well equipped. They offer a short menu with basic pub food but nothing fancy. There is a breakfast buffet for purchase. There is plenty of shopping neaby and familiar chain restaurants."
