What stood out most was how impeccably clean everything was from the rooms to the common areas and the very friendly and accommodating staff. The hallways smelled like Le Labo Santal 33 which was pleasant. "Only one comment… I had an expensive face cleaning cloth which was missing after house keeping cleaned our room. I gave them 3 days to retrieve it, they couldn’t find it. My guess is they are using for a dust rag."
