"Staff was wonderful, especially the woman making breakfast for everyone, but the hotel needs some repairs and TLC (not staff's fault). There was no remote control in the room and no way to get one, the in-room coffee maker didn't work, and the sheets and pillows smelled bad like they weren't clean. The lobby restroom was also really dirty. The prepaid breakfast was $17, but when I saw the bill before mentioning I'd paid for breakfast in advance, it was $5-6 less, which didn't seem right. "I appreciated that our lovely room had an outdoor veranda style seating area directly on the parking lot (which was very quiet & remote across from a country field). This allowed me to drove within a foot of the room entrance which was perfect for my handicapped mother who joined me since she can barely walk. Nice, relaxing stay! "

"The good: The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. They offer a free hot breakfast that was good. Shuttle service available. Very good restaurant/bar next door. Gym is okay if you are creative. The smith machine cables are broken. The not as good: No streaming options on the TV. We had issues with the TV but weren't in the room long enough to bother with asking to have it fixed or swapped out. 4th floor has no ice machine as signage indicates....
