"For all the high reviews, we were very disappointed in the lack of amenities that would have really made the hotel a 5 star. Example: there were NO mirrors in the main bedroom. That meant if someone was using the bathroom, there were no mirrors available to curl hair, put on makeup, or check out your wardrobe. "We’ve stayed here numerous times and have always been happy until now. This property is needing attention. Staff and facilities are nice but our room wasn’t as clean as it had been in the past. Walls were dirty, shower had done black areas, water pressure is minimal due to shower head build up and tile literally was loose in the bathroom with grout pieces all over the floor as we walked on them.
