4 bedroom townhouse in the centre of the beautiful seaside town of Filey. 5 minutes walk to the beach, 2 minutes walk to the town centre. Full refurbishment completed in February.
Ground floor brand new large kitchen diner with range cooker. Dining space for 8 with smart TV. Lower ground floor living room with TV and computer consoles. 2 x king size bedrooms. 1 x double bunk bed. 1 x twin room. All rooms with TV’s. No outside space. 1 x bathroom with bath. 1 x shower room.

The house is close to all amenities, the town centre and the beach. Filey beach has been ranked in the top six beaches in the world that are great for kids, and it was the only beach in the UK to make it on to the list.

Filey is the perfect place for those who enjoy a gentler pace of life - a little off the beaten track, and all the better for it!

With its glorious sweep of soft, golden sand, Filey beach is one of the best in the country for families – it’s so huge that, no matter how busy it gets, it’s never crowded.
It’s the perfect place to take a walk, fly a kite, build a sandcastle, snooze in a deckchair, or maybe do a spot of birdwatching – Filey Brigg, a peninsula at the northern end of the town. Early spring may find you face to face with a snoozing seal on the beach, and in summer porpoise sightings are regular. Then why not follow it up with a trip to the much-loved Coble Landing, a slipway with a picturesque jumble of boats and kiosks, for a cuppa and a bacon buttie?

The town, too, is full of gentle pleasures, with its Edwardian architecture, traditional pubs, wine/gin bars, diverse choice of restaurants, quirky shops and intriguing museum.

Family get together

Fabulous stay, to celebrate our mum turning 60. Really clean beautiful house with plenty of space even with no outdoor space, it accommodated our 6 adults and 2 kids perfectly. Would 100% stay here again in the heart of Filey with only a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Loved it

Family holiday

Very well equipped house, suitable for all ages. The house is near great beaches and Filey is one of the cleanest and most well cared for seaside resorts that you could visit. The property owners were helpful throughout the booking and we were lucky enough to have lots of sunshine. Coastal walking is also recommended.

Had lots of space the kids loved the 4 floors we had everything we needed it was comfy and the owner was super helpful when we unfortunately lost a key. They didn't make us feel bad even though we did.Would recommend for big families. We had a very nice sunday lunch around the big table it was special. Thanks again.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the property. It was spotlessly clean and really felt like a home from home for us and we would definitely stay here again. The only downside was when it rained heavily there was water into the downstairs lounge area but we informed the owner who dealt with it and kept us informed as to what to do with it

Family in Filey

This was a beautiful house, very well equipped. Short walk to the beach (bit longer with toddlers). Obviously being on 3 floors there were a lot of stairs but these kept off the calories from all the fish and chips.

Lovely house in a convenient location

This house was great for 4 friends to enjoy a weekend away. There was lots of room with everything you might need. The location is convenient with just a short walk to the beach. There are also a lot of amenities in short walking distance. Lauren and Damien were great hosts and very helpful.

Lovely family stay

We’ve just had 5 days through the softcover break and loved it. The house was lovely and clean with everything we needed under one roof. Location was perfect for both Filey and the surrounding area. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful week in Filey

Lovely property, well positioned in Filey. No outside space but that’s to be expected in Filey as most terrace house only have small yard anyway. Was concerned that the downstairs snug would be dark as it’s in the ‘cellar’ but there is a window so it was lovely and snug. Kitchen was well kitted out. Good layout throughout the house. Had a lovely week and would go back and stay in the house again. Thanks

Bank Holiday stay

Really enjoyed our stay. The house lacked nothing that we needed . The beds were very comfy and there were TV's in all the bedrooms. Although the weather wasn't altogether what we would have wanted the house had cards and games we could enjoy. Overall we had a really goood stay.

Really enjoyable weekend away!

We had such a lovely weekend. The accommodation had everything we could have needed plus lots more. It was beautifully done out and very clean, a real bargain for the price. The location was only a few mins walk from all the shops and beach. Would definitely stay again :)
