Situated on the southern end of private sandy Moody Beach, next to Ogunquit beach, this wonderful 5 bedroom year round open concept contemporary beach house has it all. Featuring large sun filled rooms with panoramic views of the beach and ocean from most every room, beautiful designer kitchen, granite counters, hardwood and tile floors, custom stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings, master bedroom & bath and deck overlooking the beach and the ocean. Great parking, yet close to everything. You can walk the beach to Ogunquit village and all the area has to offer.

It’s not often you find a vacation property that checks all the boxes, but this is it. The comfortable and sizable property, the amenities (it has everything you could possibly need at a beach house and then some), the incredible location, the diligent owners and their amazing communication and service - it’s all five stars. This is a very special place that we always hate to leave and that we hope to visit for years to come.

Lovely home directly on the beach where we were able to make incredible memories. This home has absolutely everything you could possibly want from a kite to fly to multiple beach chairs to every possible toy that your children would wanna play with including adults. The kitchen is outfitted with great appliances a gas grill on the deck with piped in propane. There truly is very little that you would need or want when you stay in this home. The owner is extremely responsive. I did have to reach out to her for one minor thing and within moments not even minutes moments she replied back I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or re-rent this property five stars all the way I would say the only thing that I would suggest is an enclosed outdoor shower that would be my only suggestion there is an outdoor shower, but it’s not enclosed.

This was our fifth year staying at this beautiful home. Everything was perfect, as it has been every other year. We have already booked for 2026! Olivia is very helpful and responsive and will take care of any issue immediately. Cannot wait to return.

We loved our stay in Wells! From my 88yr-old mother to our grandchildren, the house was perfect. My mom had a bedroom and bathroom with accessible shower on main level where she could access deck. We had the deck, a lower level to sit and the amazing beach and ocean. We had everything we needed and Olivia was always responsive to questions. Just waiting to go back next year!

This was a great place for six women to reconnect. Plenty of room for everyone to gather. Well equipped kitchen. Spectacular views of the sunrise over the beach. Uncrowded winter walks on the beach are the best - we did one every day.

Situated directly on the water with unbeatable beach access, the location couldn’t be more perfect. Whether you’re planning a family vacation or a retreat with friends, this spacious and immaculately clean home is the ideal setting.The interior is updated and thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. Every room feels fresh and welcoming, with modern furnishings and décor that blend perfectly with the coastal setting.Beyond the beach, the house is conveniently located near a wide range of grocery stores and restaurants, making it easy to stock up or enjoy a night out.The check-in process was seamless, and the owners went above and beyond with detailed instructions and excellent communication throughout our stay.I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a perfect beachfront escape. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to return to year after year!

My family and I have stayed at Olivia & Mark's property for several years now. It is the perfect property for us and our needs with comfortable bedrooms and the perfect main living/dining space (with a cozy fireplace). The location cannot be beat and Olivia is wonderful and responsive as a host. We cannot wait to return next year.

Third stay at the house for a desperately needed vacation after a tough year. The weather cooperated, in fact one day was like a summer day, except it was dark by 6. As always, it was great to relax in such a comfortable spot, right on the beach and close to restaurants etc. It was a great spot to see the Hunter moon rise. Will be back!

Once again, The Beach House did not disappoint. Our semi-annual getaway weekend was a perfect escape. The house and all its amenities added to our enjoyment. Luckily, the weather was perfect for morning walks on the beach and enjoying the deck and its view. The sunrises were bright and spectacular. Thank you Olivia and Patrick. Our second year staying here. And it was perfect once again. The location/beach access is phenomenal. The large porch is perfect for sipping coffee in the AM. They have lots of beach chairs/toys/games to use during the stay. Host was very communicative the two times I reached out We had 4 adult couples. 3 teens and an infant and it accommodated us nicely. Planning to return next year.
