We open the doors of our cottage, a typical old barn timbered of 94 m2 located in a small village in the heart of the Normandy countryside near Honfleur and beaches.

Renovated with the greatest care, preserving its authentic charm, the house has been classified 3 stars by ATOUT FRANCE since its opening in July 2022.
Its careful decoration combining cocooning atmosphere, nature spirit and comfort of life offers an ideal setting for sharing convivial moments with family or friends. You can choose to your desires turn to rest and enjoy the large garden and terrace, or go to discover many tourist sites in our region.

On foot (15 minutes), you can visit the pretty city of Honfleur and its small port, discover the charming town of Pont-l'Èque and its lake, Pont-Audemer the little Norman Venice or the Vernier Marsh in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Loops of the Seine Normandy.
The beaches of Trouville, Deauville are 25 minutes, Le Havre by the Pont de Normandie 35 minutes. Rouen, Caen and Etretat and its must-see cliffs are 45 minutes away.

The cottage can accommodate up to 6 people and 1 baby

consists of:

On the ground floor, an independent entrance with dressing opening onto a large living room of 40 m2 with wood stove. An open kitchen fully equipped (American fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave and washing machine...) with direct access to the terrace. A separate toilet.

Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms with new bedding. A room with 2 single beds of 90*200, a second room with 2 single beds of 80*190 convertible into a double bed of 160*190, then a master bedroom with a double bed of 160*200 and its open bathroom with bathtub and sink. A bathroom with walk-in shower and sink, an independent toilet and on the landing a reading corner for children.

Outside, a walled garden of 1500 m2 in a quiet environment, not overlooked with south facing terrace, garden table, garden furniture, umbrellas, sunbeds and plancha for your barbecue. Parking spot in front of the house for 2 cars.

We offer the following services as options (rates on request):
- Cleaning at the end of stay .
- Sheets and linens provided, beds made on arrival. This option includes, the provision of bed linen and its preparation, shower and toilet towels, hand towel and tea towel.

Très belle maison à la campagne

Très belle location, bien aménagée et parfaitement conforme à la description du site Abritel. Hôte sérieuse, particulièrement agréable et attentive, et très communicative. Réagit positivement aux demandes et voire formule des options opportunes, quand la situation le permet, tels les possibilités de visites, les restaurants, et horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Bref, un séjour parfait dans un site très calme, à la campagne, et à la fois assez proche de nombreux sites de visite. Un 10/10 bien mérité.

Excellent choice

The House is in cosy, excellent condition and in a calm environment. The garden ist big and nice. Everything is at a superior level. Christine ist a lovely host and very helpful. Highly recommended if you are looking for a nice spot close to Honfleur but away from the crowds.

Beautiful place, amazing host

The property was spacious and well appointed. The host, Christine, was attentive and really helpful, going beyond to help us manage a vehicle problem. The area is lovely and quiet, ideal for a restful stay. The nearby baguette dispenser is a triumph!

Heerlijk huis met fijne tuin

We hebben 10 fijne dagen hier gehad. Tuin is fijn met mooi weer. Het huis is groter dan het lijkt van buiten. Er was voor ons maar 1 minpunt, de vloer boven kraakt behoorlijk. Maar de kids hebben hier nieteens lst van gehad.

Super Unterkunft in der Normandie

Wir waren im April für eine Woche in dem kleinen Ferienhaus von Christine und haben die Zeit sehr genossen.Es ist super ausgestattet, mit allem was man so braucht. Schön eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Und viel Platz drum herum für die Kinder zum Spielen.Die Lage im Hinterland war ebenfalls gut. Man ist in fünf Minuten auf der Autobahn und damit schnell an allen interessanten Orten der östlichen Normandie.Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

J'ai passé d'excellentes fêtes de Noël dans cette maison. La propriétaire a été très accueillante et nous n'avons manqué de rien. La Normandie est vraiment une région agréable. Je reviendrai, c'est sûr.

Séjour au vert

Nous avons passés quelques jours dans ce gite en famille lors des vacances de la Toussaint et tous s'est superbement passé. Nous avons été très bien accueillie par Christine qui a préparé le gite et mis à disposition tout le nécessaire pour notre famille. Le gîte est très bien situé et permet de visiter de nombreux endroits en Normandie. Le gîte est très beau, décoré avec soin et goût et d'une propreté irréprochable. La cuisine est très bien équipée et les éléments mis à disposition sont de qualité. Les chambres sont bien équipées et la literie très confortable. Il y'a tout le nécessaire pour séjourner avec des enfants (jeux de société, livres etc...). L'extérieur est très agréable et nos enfants ont pu profiter des jeux mis à disposition (balançoire, tobogan). Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans ce merveilleux gîte tout confort et nous y retournerons volontiers sans hésitation. Christine est une hôte agréable et chaleureuse et nous la remercions pour toutes ses délicates attentions.

Gorgeous home and location.

Had a really lovely stay in your beautiful holiday home. Gorgeous and relaxing surroundings and couldn’t have asked for more in the house itself. Extremely clean, modern and fully stocked with everything we needed i really loved the little extras like the yummy cakes & drinks on arrival. Christine was a wonderful and super friendly host, greeting us as we arrived and gave a very good tour of the house. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Boulleville and would love to return in the future.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le gîte de Christine ! Nous tenons à recommander cette location très joliment décorée, spacieuse, lumineuse et très fonctionnelle pour des séjours en famille ou entres amis. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié l'extérieur avec la terrasse pour des repas au soleil et des jeux pour les enfants (il y a d'ailleurs tout ce qu'il faut pour les enfants, kit bébé et jeux intérieurs et extérieurs). De plus, Christine nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux avec un petit panier de bienvenue.

Stilvolles Haus auf gepflegten Gartengrundstück

Die Gastgeberin Christine hat uns mit einem Willkommensgeschenk sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und mit nützlichen Tipps versorgt. Christine hat ihr Haus sehr detailreich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie lebt in der Nähe und ist zur Stelle, wenn man sie braucht. Die Einrichtung ist neu und modern, die Ausstattung insbesondere in der Küche war sehr umfangreich, W-LAN und sonstige Elektronik/Elektrik funktionierten zuverlässig. Es gibt 2 separate WCs und ein Duschbad, was für größere Familien komfortabel ist. Gartenmöbel waren auch reichlich vorhanden und in gutem Zustand. Das Grundstück ist riesig mit geschützter Terrasse in Südrichtung. Die Lage ist ländlich, etwas abgelegen, sodass man für den Einkauf in jedem Fall das Auto benötigt. Eine Bäckerei etc. in füßläufiger Nähe gibt es leider nicht. Für Ausflüge an die Küste oder die umliegenden, größeren Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten ist der Standort jedoch ein guter Ausgangspunkt mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Fazit: Wir haben uns hier sofort zuhause gefühlt und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.
