Lafayette Carriage House in Historic old town

Beautiful Brand new studio apartment. Completely private over a detached garage, all appliances and everything else is brand new. Gorgeous view of the mountains from the west facing panoramic window. Spa like bathroom with W&D. Chefs kitchen with large island, 5 burner gas stove, farmhouse sink, dishwasher and all the cooking supplies and utensils. Central air and heating. Queen bed with a pullout twin sleeper sofa for extra sleeping. TV and Wifi, with a smart TV for Netflix etc.

Safe lighted street side parking. No smoking on the property. Key is a code lock. For a video tour search YouTube for "baselinebnb"

Just minutes walk to coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, entertainment and the arts district in Historic old town Lafayette. Very charming old town with lots of mom n' pop stores. 1 block from the community recreation center with a gym, pool and exercise equipment. 1 block from acres of open space with walking trails. Some of the best breweries, restaurants and coffee shops in the region are just a short walk from the apartment. Access to the inside of the garage, driveway and backyard are not included in the rental.

This was a great place to stay for the weekend. The property was just as pictured and clean. There were plenty of extra bedsheets and linens provided. The property is close to the Denver area, but far enough away to be peaceful and scenic. The neighborhood felt safe and there was a walking trail in the back of the neighborhood Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House. Such a comfortable space with everything you need and walking distance to downtown Lafayette. Also close enough to area attractions and hiking. We visited Golden, Boulder, Arvada and Estes Park.

It is great location just a couple of blocks away from Main Street. There is a huge park nearby perfect for a morning walk. I saw chubby little prairie dogs and hot air balloons. There are hiking and biking paths and a dog park. The room was very clean and comfortable a new kitchen and bathroom with a large tile shower.

We arrived late and appreciated being able to get in without delay thanks to the keypad lock. Apartment was as described and pictured. The location was fantastic—within walking distance of multiple coffee shops, parks, restaurants, and a short drive from grocery stores and shopping.

Great place!

This was our second visit to the carriage house. We love having a kitchen, the natural light, the amazing shower, and the proximity to downtown Lafayette and its restaurants and shops. The only challenge for us is our different waking/sleeping schedules, but we made it work.

Absolutely Fabulous

Absolutely fabulous vacation rental! The location is amazing: historic old town a 5 minute walk in one direction or the nature preserve with all the prairie dogs 5 minutes walk in the other direction. There is plenty of parking in this very quiet neighborhood, and the apartment is private and easy to get in to. Every detail is looked after, from kitchen and bed linens, to things in the kitchen, and a well-stocked stylish and roomy bathroom. The kitchen area is amazing: If you love cooking, this is the vacation rental for you! The furnishings are comfortable, cozy and stylish, and the apartment is very well built. Communication with the host was top-notch! I loved every moment I stayed in this delightful gem and I highly recommend this rental!

Nice living quarters! Quiet when windows are shut! Great shower/bathroom. Couch needs updating. Steps to apartment not good for older people. No outdoor space. Overall though a good space for a great price!
