"Rooms are very big and clean. No issues. The bed may be a bit hard for some but all good. Staff that we interacted with were excellent. Shout out to Dorothy who checked us in late at night and checked us out in the morning (!). We asked to eat dinner very late at 9:50pm (10:00 closing time). Dorothy worked with Igor (at the restaurant) to accommodate so this was greatly appreciated. The food was great and delicious. Well done. "While the location is quite good for those who want something close to the central station and also near the shopping area and the Old town, right outside the hotel can be a bit unsavory, especially at night. The hotel itself is starting to show wear and tear. The AC did not work properly in my room and the water temperature in the shower kept going from cold one second to scalding hot the next. The maintenance person who checked the room temp couldn’t fix it and just pinned it on the hotel...

"Everything was great. The only negative was, as tea drinkers, the lack of kettle in the room. Although hot water was available through the coffee machine it was laborious to get enough water for a cup of tea."

"This was a great location close to transportation and near a Church and very quiet. The bed was comfortable, and we slept very well here. The only thing was that there was no coffee maker and only instant coffee. But, this place was still an excellent choice for us."
