A note to start: The third bedroom is a convertible den off the kitchen - with a brand new memory foam mattress on a futon frame. This room is set up as a double (queen sized) bed bedroom.

One week minimum rentals July and August.

Stay in a luxury condo that you would love to call home. A distinctive and stunning 'brand new' restoration of the historic Hibernian Hall.

A gorgeous kitchen featuring ubatuba granite counter tops, stainless appliances, maple cabinets, and tasteful pendant lighting in a wide open floor plan provides a wonderful environment for gracious entertaining or those private family dinners.

The large open living room has beautiful large windows, recessed lighting and remote controlled gas fireplace. The hardwood red oak floors give the entire first floor a distinctive warm look and feel.

The condo features a roomy office/den on the first floor which can be used as a third bedroom. A full bath and laundry completes the first floor.

The beautiful wood staircase with oak handrails brings you to the second floor where you enter another den or home office. This space has a vaulted ceiling and is flooded with natural light from the skylight and light entering from above through large french doors leading from the mezzanine to the deck. There is another full bathroom off of this area. The wonderful red oak floors continue throughout the second floor.

The first large bedroom has big windows, appealing ceiling angles, large closet and is nicely lit with recessed lighting and wall sconces. It is a perfect family bedroom or large room for guests. This room contains a queen bed plus bunk (this room sleeps four).

The master bedroom will appeal to the most discriminating. This room features a cathedral ceiling with skylight and tasteful ceiling lights and remote controlled ceiling fan. The custom arched windows provide for spectacular views of Abbot Hall. You will enjoy the carefully appointed master bath, walk in closet, and a 60 inch heart shaped, double Jacuzzi tucked in a granite and marble room that also features a separate walk-in shower.

Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail from the mezzanine and deck overlooking Marblehead with a beautiful view of Abbot Hall. The mezzanine has a wet bar and refrigerator for your convenience.

Located near downtown this bright and air-conditioned condo offers the convenience of being within walking distance of everything the town has to offer including only a ten-minute walk to the beach.

Marblehead/Boston/Salem

Stayed at a wonderful property in Marblehead for the week while we visited the area (Boston, Salem, Gloucester). Great location! Marblehead itself is a quaint, small town with great restaurants. The Vrbo property is comfortable and clean. Our property host, Peter, is very responsive. We would definitely return to this location and property if visiting the area in the future.

Nice Marblehead Property

Overall, this property is very spacious, clean, well-equipped and in a great location to Old Town, shopping and restaurants. The garage that comes with the unit is a big plus as was the prompt and friendly communication with Peter, the manager. We were a little disappointed that the property description didn't mention the dance theater on the first floor which was noisy at times during some days and early evenings. The automobile repair garage across the street was also little noisy at times, but only during normal working hours.

We thoroughly enjoyed this place. The only reason I gave a three on the description of the property is because in the initial description it says that there is a hot tub. There is only a Jacuzzi tub, but it actually looks like it lists both other than that this place was perfect.

A gem in Marblehead

I had a wonderful stay at Peter's VRBO! He was an outstanding host—very communicative and quick to respond. The neighborhood was a delight: quiet, peaceful, and filled with friendly neighbors. The property itself exceeded my expectations; it looked even better in person than in the photos and was incredibly spacious. I truly loved my time there! Highly recommend!

Loved this place!! Very clean and cozy. Lots of space and beds. Better than the pictures, pleasantly surprised. Glad it had garage parking because if we didn’t have it parking would have been a problem. I give it a 9 1/2.

This property was better than the photos and descriptions. One son, two grandsons and us. Plenty of room and privacy. The rooftop was beautiful. We lacked for nothing. Having coffee shops and restaurants five Minutes away was a plus. Twice I reached out to the owner with an immediate response.

Beautiful Home and Convenient Location

This is a spacious and well kept home that provides plenty of space for being together as well as enjoying quiet time alone. Peter is a gracious host and always available to answer any questions. The location is ideal as is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shops as well as historic sites such as Fort Sewall, Abbott Hall and the Harbor. The view from the rooftop deck is an added bonus. My family of four (2 adults and two young adult sons) has enjoyed this home several times and we look forward to returning soon.

Very convenient

Marblehead is a great small community with strong historical roots (as seen by the old and renovated houses). Although the drive to a supermarket was a bit long, but the great cafes clise to the apartment made up for it.

Perfect For A Long North Shore Weekend!

It was just my wife and me (we are both in our 60's) in the area for the Boston Marathon. We arrived on a Saturday night late and departed early Tuesday. The place is very spacious, clean, and in a super convenient location within walking distance of tons of stuff. The parking and home entry directions were easy to follow and spot on. The wonderful jacuzzi tub was just what I needed after running the marathon! Five stars all the way!

Great location and spacious!

Great house and great location! Peter was very responsive for all questions/concerns during our stay! The only issue was occasionally the 2nd story shower had only cold water, but there were 3 showers so it really wants a huge issue! Look forward to visiting the area again!

Perfect Location

We had a girl's trip, and the location could not have been better. It's such a quaint area, we absolutely loved it. Easy rides to Boston and Salem with ample Lyft / Uber options. Definitely recommend.

Friendscation

Perfect accomodations for our friendscation to visit Salem and other coastal towns. Marblehead was very walkable and safe. The condo was just as advertised and very comfortable for our group of 7. The property owner was quick to respond to any questions and more than accomodating for early arrival!!
