"Staff goes above and beyond! Hotel is comfortable. Joselyn was so efficient, professional and her follow through on every request was so impressive. It was of the level of a 5 star luxury hotel. My one suggestion is beds and pillows could do with an update. Foam cover on sofa bed would really help with the springs. The two bedroom suite worked wonderful for our party of 8 and allowed us to have some nice family time."

"We were in the area for a medical appointment for my child. Very stressed about the appointment and anxious about being in a large, unfamiliar area (we are very small town people). The staff were unaware of our situation but their kindness and friendly demeanors made a very stressful few days so much easier. Will be returning to stay here for our future medical visits!"

It was set at a higher temperature and there was nop portable fans or anything. Could not sleep the whole night because of how hot it was. Was a waste of money. "I stayed here overnight since I had an early morning flight out of the Boston International aiport and was coming from Amherst U. It was easy to get in and affordable for my needs. Unfortunately, I didn't get to sample the breakfast that is raved about. Maybe next time..."
