"Great home to stay in! It was very clean and had all necessary cooking supplies, bedding, towels, etc. The owners provided excellent details for locating and accessing the property. We found this rental when we had a change in our plans while already in Iceland and would've loved to stay here longer. Definitely on our list for another trip!"

"This is our second stay at this lovely home and we enjoyed it just as much this time as we did last year! Thoughtful touches like a full length mirror and makeup mirror as well as everything needed for cooking and very cozy beds. You won't be disappointed!"

"Great option if you want to stay out of Reykjavik. The nearby waterfalls are beautiful and just a short walk away. There was ample gathering space for our family of 5 with everyone getting their own room. Hot tub was lovely. "

"Das kleine Cottage hatte für uns alles, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Der private Hot Tub vor der Tür war wunderbar für den Abend. Wir waren vor allem auf der Halbinsel Snaefellsnes unterwegs, aber haben auch das Perlan-Museum in Reykjavik besucht."

"We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was conveniently located and what a stunning setting and view! Our host (Karl) was very responsive and kind. The place was well stocked with spices and such for cooking, too. The only warning I’d give is that the metal bedside lamps get HOT! My teen son accidentally burned his arm on his as he reached past to plug something in. When I checked things, the whole lamp was super hot. Just something to be more aware of if you are staying with kids. This home...

"Beautiful house! Clean and had everything we needed. Hosts were so nice with great communication…helped a lost cat that showed up find its owner…we LOVE cats..so this was so nice that they also love cats and helped reunite the lost cat with its family. Saw the northern lights all four nights. Great location…would definitely stay again!!"

"We really enjoyed this cottage. Lots of room for everyone, hot tub was a big hit. Only problem was we couldn't stay longer. In the country, but only takes a few minutes to get to town. "

"Easily one of the best rentals we've had through VRBO. Owner was in communication very early through the process, provided access information well in advance (which is great because there have been times I've had to call owners to get access when I'm sitting at the property), and the location provided easy access to the West and Southern areas of Iceland. Well it was just my wife and I, the place was more spacious than I expected, and two couples or a couple with children could easily stay here...
