"Room very well kept with all provisions… the water and coffee provided daily was a very nice touch following a very kind complimentary room upgrade. Great views from the 15th floor! Staff very courteous and happy to help. (Friendly feedback… hot breakfast items not great and tough to eat, as they seem to be cooked up early and left to dry out under the heat lamps). "

The security between floors etc was very good, key card needed to access hallways, the lifts etc was higher than we have experienced before and made us feel very safe. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the staff were lovely and breakfast was all fresh and hot. We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family"

"Unique property in a central location where most of Liverpool City Centre can be accessed by walking-Caveen Club, Albert Dock etc. Plenty of space in duplex. On street parking available, but just round corner 24 hour parking for £6.95 via NCP."
