Step back in time while you enjoy the best rental value along Maine's Southern Mid Coast--Belle's House.

This quaint New England two-story house harks back to a simpler time of family homesteads and small quiet villages. Belle's House is nestled between the beautiful Rock Gardens Inn and Sebasco Harbor Resort, each within a 5 minute walk. With shore frontage and unobstructed views of Round Cove, this delightfully simple family owned house is fully furnished with 4 bedrooms that comfortably sleeps 8 adults and offers a full kitchen, 2 full baths, washer & dryer and a large new deck. We have also undergone major interior and exterior renovations in 2022 and now Belle's House comes with Free Wi-Fi.

Belle's House is exclusively for week long rentals. We open for the season on the May 31. 2025. The rate is $1,750 per week. Our season concludes on October 4, 2025. Check-in is at 4:00pm on Saturday and check-out is at 9:00am the following Saturday.

During any time you choose to visit, Belle's House is an exceptional value as it offers guests access to activities at the Sebasco Harbor Resort*. Belle's House is also a short drive to many additional activities including Beaches; Biking; Boating; Fairs & Festivals; Farmer's Markets; Golfing; Fishing; Hiking Trails; Kayaking; Lighthouses; Museums; Restaurants; Shopping; Swimming; Tennis; Bowling; Bowdoin College; Reid State Park; and L.L. Bean's Flagship Store in Freeport.

Deep water mooring rentals are available. Belle's House is available from June through September. Belle's House is a NON SMOKING home and Pets are welcome.**

This is our 5th consecutive summer renting Marty and Brenda’s beautiful Maine house and we absolutely love it!! Their place is so cozy and comfortable and they always have it clean and spotless for their guests. Our kids love all of the recreational opportunities that the property and area provides and our Labrador Retriever loves the beautiful deck and Round Cove for swimming! Marty and Brenda are the most welcoming, gracious, and kind hosts and always check in to make sure that everything is going well with our stay. They offer to bring fresh lobsters right off their boat and they are the best in Maine! Their expansive yard and lovely deck overlooking Round Cove is the perfect spot for families to gather and our family relishes every single moment that we spend here…we can’t wait until next summer!

Love the location and Marty is a SUPER host

The property easily accommodates 4 adults and 2 kids under 10. Marty is friendly and he is responsive within a very, very short period of time for questions or concerns. The location is close to Popham beach, Totman beach and many other locations, including Sebago Resort (a 5 minute walk), Bath and Brunswick. It is a no-frills house, but extremely comfortable. Our family has stayed there for a week 2 years in a row and intend to return for 2 weeks next summer.

Our family (including two teenage boys and our dog) had another wonderful week at Belle's House! This was our third year in a row and we continue to love the space and convenience of this property. The house is spacious with a great layout to comfortably accommodate families, with parents and kids each having their own space (master bedroom/bath on the first floor, and three additional bedrooms and another bathroom upstairs). The kitchen is large and fully equipped...all you need to bring is your groceries!We love the quiet location and huge deck looking out on the cove, along with convenience of Sebasco Harbor Resort, and all its fun amenities, just a short walk away.Marty and Brenda are wonderful hosts and always go the extra distance to make our stay comfortable. They truly care about their guests' experience and are such good people. Highly recommend this property!

The cottage is perfect for our family. It's always clean and well appointed. Great location, not far from town close to the water and beaches. Marty is a wonderful host always there for anything we need. Already booked for next year!

Belle's House

We had a great week here. Marty, our host, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He arranged for lobsters one night, recommended an excellent place to buy steamers and another to buy crabmeat. He gave us passes for a small dog friendly beach nearby. We would recommend upgrading the dishes, cookware and bed sheets. It would have been nice to have a vacuum (we had dogs and went to the beach).

Rustic and Homey

Was a very relaxing Maine vacation! Very private and beautiful setting. Loved the cove view from the spacious deck. We also floated on our rafts in at high tide. Beaches were beautiful and close by. Enjoyed the Sebasco Golf Course and restaurant overlooking the beautiful harbor views .Marty was welcoming and very helpful! Just the vacation we needed!!

Outstanding and fun-filled stay!!!

Our family absolutely loved its visit to Marty and Brenda’s gorgeous place!! This is our 4th year and we have already booked a stay for next summer! Belle’s House is located in a perfect spot overlooking Round Cove. It is clean, cozy and welcoming, and Marty and Brenda are the most warm-hearted and gracious hosts. They always check in to make sure everything is perfect and every year we have enjoyed fresh and delicious lobsters straight off their lobster boat! There are so many activities accessible for a family including hiking, tennis, bicycling, kayaking, shuffleboard, golf and a nearby restaurant. We cannot rave enough about this unique and special place, and you will never find more wonderful hosts than Brenda and Marty!

Amazing location and well maintained home.

We loved our stay at Sebasco Estates. Marty is the host with the most! The view of the cove is peaceful. I paddle boarded all throughout the cove. Lobsters right off the boat. The house although generations old is unlike any old home we have stayed in. The doors and floors do not creak making it easy sleep in. Well equipped and comfortable. This one gets a 10!

Cove view private cottage

From the start, our hosts were welcoming and responsive..the best communication we have ever experienced. The cottage is charming and was spotless upon arrival. We had everything we needed for a perfect stay: gas grill, washer and dryer, two long clotheslines, Wi-Fi, and fans for every bedroom. The bedroom with the light wood is off the kitchen on the ground floor and has private access to the bathroom off the kitchen. Three more bedrooms upstairs with another full bath. The violet bedroom has a lovely view of the cove, while the twins and the other queen have wooded views. We loved this cottage and especially our welcome hosts Marty and Brenda. Thank for for an unforgettable week!

Another Fantastic Week at Beautiful Belle's House!

My teenage sons and I (and dog) had another wonderful week at Belle's House! The location is fantastic...very close to all the resort amenities yet off the beaten path a bit with wonderful peace and privacy. The house itself has a great layout, with a first floor bedroom/bathroom that can give parents their own space (with the other three bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor). The large eat-in kitchen has all your needs covered, and the living room has very comfy gliders by the front windows looking out at the cove (my favorite spot in the house!). And the wrap-around deck is such a spacious and peaceful place to spend the day looking out at the cove. Best of all, Marty (the owner) is fantastic! He is very reachable/responsive and goes out of his way to ensure his guests' comfort and satisfaction...such a genuine, down-to-earth good person. We are already looking forward to our week at Belle's House next summer!

Wonderful Stay

Marty is always available for questions, has great advice and a wonderful sense of humor. The location cannot be better. Great views, close to Popham beach, restaurants, lobster pounds, clams and oysters. Having a washer and dryer in the house is very convenient. Beautiful deck and the house is roomy and comfortable.We've already booked for next year!

Belle's House Phippsburg, ME 9/9/23-9/15/23

Belle's house was a lovely spot. It was quite comfortable even with the daily rain we had. Our dog had a great time, other dogs around to play with. We had some friends visit 3 days and the house was very comfortable for them as well. The owners were very attentive to our needs and responded quickly and took care of us well. Enjoyed the local lobster pound and the oyster pound as well. Pretty area. Would rent again.
