Perfect house for a perfect stay! House is deceiving from the outside. It looks like a cute little cottage until you are inside. So much room! We all loved the decor and my daughter has requested a room designed just like the single full bed room. Everything was clean and tidy, the outside was perfect for our Easter festivities and the inside was perfect for game night, meals and just hanging out. We will definitely plan on staying again soon.

We had 5 in our group, all in our 60’s, stayed 3 nights. We loved the house and its location for our activities. We visited Warm Springs Ranch and the Lyceum Theatre. We tried and would recommend a new restaurant, the Coco Loco Cuban Cafe. Communication with our host was excellent! She was extremely nice! We are already making plans to go back in the summer!

Our family stayed at this adorable cozy cottage for two nights when we attended the football game at Mizzou. It was the perfect size for our two families with young adults. Beautifully decorated and very clean. We loved that the cabinets and frig were nicely stocked when told to use anything that we needed in case we had forgotten something. The communication with the project manager was perfect and she made sure we knew that we could contact her at any time with any questions that we had. With our families having two freshmen grandchildren attending Mizzou I know we will be returning to this charming house in the very near future.

The home was clean and well stocked for our stay. The home decor was so fun, my kids loved the Halloween decor and the spacious back yard.The location was great, close to downtown activities while also providing nice privacy.

Great home base for adventures on the Katy Trail and enjoy coffee on the porch, chill out in the living room, and get a good night sleep. Use of scented products throughout the home. During Halloween, entertainment is provided!

This place is in a dumpy ugly neighborhood. The grass wasn't mowed, the landscaping is neglected and ugly, the porches and deck are dirty and the outdoor furniture isn't fit to sit on. They said they would clean with vinegar for me because of my chemical sensitivities and we walked in to an absolute chemical /fragrance soup! The smell was terrible strong! They said they would remove the air freshener plug-ins and they were still plugged in. The house was dirty. The baseboards are terribly dirty, the inside of the front door is very dirty as were the other doors. The bathroom door is dirty, the front of the oven is very dirty, the top of the stove needs a good cleaning, and so does the outside of the microwave. The top of the kitchen sink is dirty, the backsplash is streaked, the floors are dirty, my socks got very very dirty walking around in the house. Spiderwebs in the bedroom behind the door and in the corner where the floor lamp is plus just alot of dust and dirt and bugs there too. The windows are terribly dirty and don't open, also the windows on all the doors are fingerprinted and very dirty. Surfaces were dusty, like even along the back of the bathroom sink. There were no tea towels, no dish cloths, only one washcloth and we couldn't use that one because it smelled so strong. No paper hankies around. The outdoor door mats are very dirty, no rugs inside to wipe feet on. Please use unscented, nontoxic products in public places!! It's so necessary!! I got very very sick!

Once inside the property was atheisticly pleasing, however it was dirty. The mirror in the bathroom was covered with spots, their were what seemed to be dirty towels in a basket, no wash cloths, had to change the bedding on one of the beds as my daughter could feel “crumbs” and our feet would be almost black after walking around the house barefoot for just a few hours. Refrigerator and freezer was full of open foods, etc, it felt like we were intruding in someone’s space.

Super cute, very clean home!

This was an exceptional home and a great find. It’s in an older neighborhood that is peaceful. There are a variety of wonderful amenities that made our stay complete! The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. A large deck with a table and various seating options was available that we did not get to utilize due to weather. Check in/out was so easy and our host answered questions along with a great notebook with detailed instructions and information. Our family highly recommends booking this property for your next stay in mid-Missouri. It would also be a wonderful place for a friends long weekend.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

Had a wedding close by and stayed here with family of 5 adults. Very accommodating, they thought of everything. Would stay again if we are in the area.
