The front desk representative that I spoke to yesterday around 3:30pm understood my concern and ended up telling me that I had to call the third party to cancel my reservation. I reached out to the third party and explained what happened. Then she reached out to the hotel and spoke to the representative that told her that she would have to call back because the manager wasn’t in. Third party did a few follow-up calls and the hotel pretty much kept me $225!! Bottom line is, TAKE UR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE because even if it’s an EMERGENCY, they won’t refund you!!
