"We have stayed at several places in Chattanooga. This place rates well above the others. We will definitely continue to stay at Candleswood Suites when we return. Thank you Candlewood for a great place to stay!"

"The room was extremely clean and the shower was amazing. King bed was comfortable and clean. I was on the first floor so I was concerned about noise, but I slept soundly and did not hear outside sounds until about 7 a.m. Several other hotels and restaurants nearby so it felt like a safe area. I would stay here again. My only complaint was that I was checking in around 9:30 pm, tired from driving for 3 hours, and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. When I arrived on site during their business hours no one was there and the place was locked up. I tried calling, but no one picked up and there was no voice mail message. "Staff service was excellent and overall stay was positive. Kitchen sink didn’t drain well and bathroom smelled like sewer gas. Had to keep that door closed at all times and try to avoid breathing while in the restroom. We tried to tell front desk about the concerns at checkout and we were told to post it here instead."
