Stratton Mountain Home - Hot Tub, Fire Pit & Game Loft

Your whole group will love the easy access to endless amenities including skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, kayaking, fishing, golf, tennis, shopping, restaurants and more! Our family home is off the access road to Stratton mountain with only a 7 minute drive to the base. The VERY well maintained 27 hole golf course that overlooks the mountain is only 5 minutes down the road.

Early check-in fee: $25/hr (subject to availability)
Late check-out fee: $25/hr (subject to availability)

***If you are visiting in the winter, it is highly recommended that you travel with a vehicle with AWD.

***A hold in the amount of $500 will be placed on your credit card prior to check-in to cover any potential damages or incidental charges. This is not a charge but an authorization. The hold will be automatically released within 5 days of the checkout date, provided no damages or additional charges are assessed.

We enjoyed our stay at a great ski house that was in a good location to the mountain. Accommodations were comfortable for 6 adults and 4 kids and the shuffleboard, foosball and pool tables were a hit.

Great location if you are skiing in Stratton, just 5-10 minutes down the road. House is large enough for 3 families and plenty of games. There was plenty of firewood to keep stay warm and cozy. Only two suggestions would be to have an outlet outside to keep your car warm / charged and the septic system should be looked at as it required an emergency pump during our last day (that he host did promptly).

I stayed here for a few days in October with friends. We had some initial confusion with the door locks, but the hosts were able to resolve it quickly.Great location, tons of sleeping and living space, and the hot tub was a welcome addition. We had a great time and would recommend this spot.

the house was absolutely stunning. Our group of 11 plus fur babies had an amazing time. The check in process was super easy and the hosts were very communicative. Our only complaint was the beds were not the comfiest but that is to be expected when staying away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed, the location was close enough to the surrounding towns. We would love to come back on our next trip to VT

The 6 of us loved this place!! The location was beautiful & quiet. There was plenty of room for 3 couples, everyone loved having there own bathroom. The hot tub was an awesome treat at the end of the day, very clean and roomy! We also very much enjoyed all the games the house had. The board games, video games and pool table were all used. Nice deck to enjoy grilling and cocktailing. Thank you and the 6 of us highly recommend this property!!

This was exactly what we were looking for! Thank you SO much! The house was a great size, perfect for games and hanging out! My biggest downside was I don't think our bedsheets were clean - we found crumbs in the master bed (under the covers) that definitely weren't from us. That, and a couple cabinet handles in the kitchen were falling off. Everything else was perfect! The hot tub was a HUGE plus. Thank you again!

Ski Weekend to Remember

We had skiers and non skiers going and this house was the perfect mix of a place close enough to the mountain while also having amazing amenities like a hot tub and a fire place. The host was very communicative and helpful with questions. This is a great place for friends or families to spend a weekend that they’ll remember for a long time.

Great stay!

We had a great time staying here! It was close to the Stratton Mountain Resort to go see the foliage, a few cute cafes nearby for coffee and food, and the house itself was comfortable. Beautiful little porch balcony and functioning grill.

Green Mountain Escape
