"Lovely old building sympathetically restored. Location is perfect for Swansea Arena shows. Charming welcome by Amy who looked after us so well. We stayed in a suite (thank you). It was a very large room with faultless wifi, aircon and amazing bathroom plus included mini bar. The room itself was very large. I think the ceilings were 15 feet high. "Easy to follow directions regarding checkin-check out. My room (2b) was large, with a big bed, and couch at the foot of the bed facing a TV and the floor to ceiling window. There was also a small dining table with two chairs. The bathroom was spacious with separate shower and bath. Everything worked and was clean. I think good value. The location was perfect, with walkable restaurants and bars close by. "
