"We arrived at hotel rooms not ready. Told me I wasn't booked. My friends who I traveled with were told there rooms were not ready and to come back at 7pm. When they came back they were told that they had overbooked. They had to get an Uber to another hotel way outside of Montreal which was a $100 Uber ride. My opinion is that they gave our rooms to the higher paying hockey fans as there was a play off game that evening."

"The room was very clean. The bed was the most comfortable bed I had ever slept in! The staff were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to the airport at 3 AM was great!"

"Very disappointing experience for the price paid. The property feels quite outdated , old carpets, basic rooms, and overall not the level of comfort or quality expected at this rate point with Hilton. On top of that, breakfast was an additional $21 per person and parking was another $30 per day, which made the stay feel even less worthwhile. The hotel really needs renovation and modernization to justify the pricing."

"Hotel is being renovated - but front steps are broken and dangerous. Restaurant is dirty. Hotel says the restaurant is operated separately … shame on them all. We got a buffet and the eggs and bacon were out and not replenished, carpet filthy. No one offered compensation for bo food! Whoever is doing their renovation has non attention to quality - bad caulking, wallpaper coming loose."

"The room was really loud, there’s a lot of banging at night coming from the other guests doors but also the pipes. There’s trucks idling by the windows early in the morning, and if you want to take an afternoon nap, forget about it, the cleaning staff is always shouting and laughing by the door. At least they seem happy, so that’s that. It was pretty clean, although the sink could use a plug or strainer so you don’t see how gross the drain is. The shower heads could use some replacement too....

"Security Alert! When we arrived, we checked into our room, were given our room keys and then left to sightsee for the day. When we came back to the hotel it was late evening. We opened our door with our room key and found strangers sleeping in our room. The hotel gave our room away to a family, that we walked in on. We immediately talked to the front desk and he said this is normal, the owners overbook all the time. He also said keys are given to multiple people for the same room all the time....

"After being woken up by a fire alarm around 3am we were told it was a specific room and they were trying to figure it out …we were thanked for our patience. Alarm was going off on and off for a bit …unable to sleep or do anything we checked out and left. We have requested a refund."
