- Our disco barn is not climate controlled (no AC/Heat), therefore should be used accordingly

- Our dock space is <1 mile away!

- Failure to disclose and pay the pet fee, should you have pets on the property results in a $250 fee per pet

- To turn on the gas for the grill, make sure the red valve that is connected to the gas line is "vertical", turn it "horizontal" to turn off
