"Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung im Hamburger Norden. Gut zu erreichen per U-Bahn. Die Unterkunft bietet alles nötige was man braucht. Wer Luxus braucht und Wellness ist hier falsch, wer es gemütlich und klein mag ist hier preislich komplett richtig.Für ein langes Wochenende oder 3 Tage Städtetrip gut geeignet. Das separate Schlafzimmer ist etwas klein erfüllt aber seinen Zweck. "

"Große geräumige Wohnung mit guter Küchenausstattung. Kein Möbiliar für Kleinkinder. Anonymisierte Schlüsselübergabe aber bei Problemen konnte man auch außerhalb der Service Zeiten jemand kontaktieren. Parkplätze verfügbar, jedoch alle zeitlich begrenzt mit Parkscheibe. Alle Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung."

"2 meiner Mitarbeiter waren bei Patrick untergebracht. Die Wohnung ist technisch auf dem neusten Stand, überzeugt durch die hervorragende Lage im Grünen und die komfortable Ausstattung. Die Kommunikation mit Patrick war unkompliziert und sehr nett.Sollten wir wieder in Bad Segeberg sein, ist Patricks Wohnung unsere erste Wahl. (der Handyempfang ist eher dürftig, aber dafür ist der Internetempfang über Patricks WLAN einwandfrei)"
