Our house comfortably sleeps 10 with 1 king bed in the downstairs suite, 2 suites upstairs with queen beds, one suite with 2 twin beds, and a sofa bed (pullout couch) in the upstairs living room. The home occupancy permits 10 people. House is professionally cleaned between every stay.

Complimentary WiFi, live TV and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

You will have access to the entire place during your stay!

We live about 25 minutes away from the property but have plenty of ways to help during your stay if needed. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties.

The house was clean and perfect for our stay. The hot tub was warm and we enjoyed the amenities. More towels would be great as each room only had one towel and beach towles for the Hot Tub would be great. Other than that it was a perfect stay!

We recently stayed at this vacation rental and couldn’t be happier with our experience! The property was absolutely stunning, the home was immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable, and the location was also perfect—close to local attractions, but tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful.This rental truly exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely recommend it to families looking for a cozy, luxurious, and hassle-free getaway. We’re already planning our return trip!

Our family stayed here while one of our daughters was swimming at the Western Zones meet at the local aquatic center. The home is quiet, clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family. Also, it is pet friendly and has an enclosed backyard, which was a huge plus. The house is conveniently located to downtown restaurants and parks. We spent the hot afternoons watching the Olympics and enjoyed the arcade games in the upstairs family room, too. Check in access and communication with the owner,/manager were great.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and the house was perfect for our group of 8! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Great location to downtown and easy access to freeway as well. We will be back!

House is perfect for a family. Each had their own space and privacy. The kitchen was a great hang out area. Upstairs is a loft for the young adults to gather and play the video game or watch TV. Getting anywhere from this house was the bonus. The main road behind the house takes you straight into town within minutes. The airport also in the opposite direction is a straight shot. Beds were comfortable and neighborhood is quiet.

Beautifully modern, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, this home is a spectacular find for anyone but particularly for a large group. Lots of light, comfy beds, private baths, and a small but sweet outside space with a toasty gas fireplace.
