Simple studio, attached but with separate entry and key pad, so good privacy. NW Boise in a very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, range, electric skillet, toaster oven, instant pot, and coffee service.
Huge closet space, lots of other storage, and bathroom with shower.
Couch has luggage storage.
Wifi available. Near shopping, bus stop, downtown, and river. Pets may be allowed with $50 nonrefundable pet deposit, but guests must communicate with me about this for the safety of their pet.

The host was welcoming and helpful when we had an issue with the internet but she took care of the problem and it worked wonderfully. The place is small but it was fine for the two of us.

Room under the shade tree

This quiet little place does not disappoint. It's right off the street but very quiet and relaxing. There are chairs out front to sit back and relax under the wonderful shade tree with all the flowers around. This place was perfect for our needs for the two of us. The only little thing was it did take awhile for the hot water to heat up in the shower and kitchen sink. This will not keep us from staying here again.

Très bon accueil par la propriétaire. Nous avons passé un bon we en famille avec des petits (1 an et 3 ans). Nous avons eu à disposition une chaise haute, un lit bébé, des bouées et brassards pour la piscine, des jeux. Terrasse, BBQ, trampoline, piscine à 24C et jacuzzi à 37C ont ravi tout le monde.

Perfect setup for our short stay

This property provided everything we needed for our stay. Only complaint was a strong cat smell within, that was luckily aired out by the many windows into the beautiful garden. Perfect place to crash for a night or two if busy in the area.

Nice spot

The apartment was very nice. Everything was clean and well kept. The kitchen had everything you would expect. The internet worked great. The yard was nicely landscaped and had some big shade trees.

Fit Our Needs

This little apartment fit our needs very well! We didn’t spend much time in the room as we had a graduation and an engagement to celebrate. However, when we were there, it was comfortable. My only issue was, it’s very dark in the yard which made potty trips with our small dog, a challenge. All in all, we would definitely stay there again!

Simple and sweet

Spent four nights in this sweet apartment. Place was a s advertised, and in a very convenient location. Will be even better when the dishwasher is hooked up. We never met the host, but that was because we were up and out every morning and not back until late. Since she was nextdoor, I'm sure she'd have taken care of any problems.

Our second stay at this little gem

This studio is perfect for those that need a place to hang their hat and then enjoy what Boise has to offer. We can walk a mile in one direction to visit family, 3/4 mile in the other to the nearby Hyatt Nature reserve. It's basic with small kitchenette, wifi, some satellite TV. Quiet street, helpful host next door. Hot water is slow but available. Let Holly know if you need anything, she'll put you at ease.

Perfect spot for visiting nearby relatives

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this was the perfect respite at the end of a day visiting family who lived nearby. It is an inlaw-type studio unit (no separate bedroom) attached to the owner's home but entered around the corner so total privacy. Shades/shutters/curtains allow for a good night's rest. Comfortable supportive bed. All necessities in the kitchen. Soft lofty towels. Only downside was a long wait for hot water. Our host, Holly was timely in response to all our inquiries before and during our stay! It is about a mile's walk to the calming Hyatt Hidden Lakes Reserve with hiking trails. There are no walkable (within one mile) groceries/shopping or sightseeing so definitely have your transportation options in place ahead of time.

Super cute studio and neighborhood!

Perfect location for me and my pup to stay and visit home. Easy access to just about everything. Studio was private, cute and the perfect size. Pup and I were very relaxed. Check in/out was simple and host was very helpful and friendly.
