Whether you’re planning a family vacation, reunion, sports tournament, wedding weekend, graduation celebration, work trip, Ski Vacation, or simply a getaway with friends, Ithaca Haven was designed to bring your group together under one roof.

We created Ithaca Haven with one goal in mind: to give the family and friends staying together a place to comfortably gather, connect, and enjoy their time together. Every space was thoughtfully designed with groups in mind, with plenty of room to spend time together and comfortable places to spread out and relax.

From morning coffee on the patio to late-night card games, arcade competitions, relaxing in the private hot tub, and evenings around the fire pit, this is a home where your group can settle in and make memories together.

With six bedrooms featuring three king beds and four queen beds, two spacious living areas, a private hot tub, an arcade with 600+ games, an 85-inch TV, and plenty of indoor and outdoor gathering space, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Please note that the home and its amenities are intended for registered overnight guests. Visitors or additional guests who are not included on the reservation require prior host approval.

PRIVATE HOT TUB

One of our favorite ways to end the day at Ithaca Haven is with a relaxing soak in the private hot tub.

Come home after exploring Boise, a long tournament day, a family celebration, or an afternoon of adventures and settle in for a warm soak under the Idaho sky. It’s a wonderful place to relax, catch up, and enjoy a little more time together.

The hot tub is located in the backyard and is available exclusively for guests staying at the home. A maximum of five guests may use the hot tub at one time.

For safety, we recommend hot tub use for ages 12 and older. Anyone under 18 must be supervised by an adult.

A HOME DESIGNED FOR GATHERING

The main level welcomes you with an open, inviting living room featuring a beautiful custom mural painted by a talented local artist, comfortable seating, and a large TV that’s perfect for movie nights or cheering on your favorite team.

The kitchen is truly the heart of the home. We’ve thoughtfully stocked it with the cookware, serving dishes, utensils, spices, and kitchen essentials we would want while traveling ourselves. Whether you’re preparing pancakes for the kids or a holiday meal for the whole family, we’ve tried to think of everything you’ll need.

The dining spaces were designed so everyone can gather around the table, share meals, laugh together, and enjoy time with the people who matter most.

The walkout lower level offers a second gathering space that’s perfect for both kids and adults. Thanks to the walkout design, the lower level feels bright, open, and welcoming with plenty of natural light.

Spend the evening playing bumper pool, dealing a hand of poker, challenging each other on the free-to-play arcade with more than 600 classic games, or relaxing on the oversized leather reclining sectional while watching a movie or the big game on the 85-inch TV.

Whether your group wants to play, unwind, or simply spread out, having two separate living areas gives everyone room to enjoy their vacation.

REST & RECHARGE

We know how important a good night’s sleep is, especially when you’re away from home. We’ve thoughtfully selected high-quality mattresses and bedding to make each bedroom as comfortable and inviting as possible.

Our beds are intentionally a little different from one another. We’ve selected varying styles and feels to accommodate different sleep preferences throughout your group.

With three king bedrooms and four queen beds, everyone has a comfortable place to relax and recharge at the end of the day.

The main level features three spacious king bedrooms. The primary suite includes a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and its own TV for winding down at the end of the day. The other two king bedrooms share a nearby full bathroom, making this layout ideal for multiple couples or families traveling together.

The walkout lower level includes two comfortable queen bedrooms. One features a dedicated workspace. The other showcases a unique pampas grass accent wall with soft LED lighting.

The bunk room is perfect for kids or larger groups with a queen-over-queen bunk bed, a leather futon, a cozy Nugget-style play couch, books, and games. If you prefer an air mattress instead of the futon for additional sleeping space, one is available in the closet.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Step outside and enjoy one of our favorite spaces. Share a meal around the patio table, fire up the BBQ, relax around the propane fire pit, or enjoy a friendly game of cornhole while taking in a beautiful Idaho evening.

With the private hot tub, fire pit, outdoor dining area, BBQ, and yard games, the backyard gives your group another comfortable space to gather, relax, and enjoy your time together.

FAMILY FRIENDLY

Traveling with little ones? We’ve tried to think of the little things that make traveling easier.

Baby gates are installed for the stairs. You’ll also find a Pack ’n Play, books, games, a Nugget-style play couch, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.

Conveniently located, Ithaca Haven makes it easy to enjoy everything the Treasure Valley has to offer.

Whether you’re visiting downtown Boise, Boise State University, the Greenbelt, local parks, restaurants, shopping, Roaring Springs, or nearby events, you’ll have a comfortable home waiting for you at the end of the day.

THINGS TO KNOW

• Self check-in is available with a keyless entry keypad. Your unique door code will be sent prior to your arrival.

• You’ll have complete privacy inside the home during your stay. We live nearby and are available through the booking app if you need anything. Our team may occasionally be on the exterior of the property for routine hot tub servicing, lawn care, or other outdoor maintenance. No one will enter the home without prior notice and authorization.

* HOT TUB SAFETY

Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Guests are responsible for using the hot tub safely and appropriately. Children must be supervised at all times, and we recommend hot tub use for ages 12 and older.

Guests who are pregnant or who have medical conditions that may be affected by hot tub use should consult their healthcare provider before using the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub while impaired by alcohol, medications, or other substances.

By using the hot tub, guests acknowledge the inherent risks associated with hot tubs and heated bodies of water. Guests are responsible for following all posted safety instructions and for supervising minors in their care.

• Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the home for streaming, remote work, and staying connected.

• The home and its amenities are intended for registered overnight guests. Visitors or additional guests who are not included on the reservation require prior host approval.

• The private hot tub is exclusively for guests staying at the home. A maximum of five guests may use the hot tub at one time.

• Maximum of four vehicles. Three may park in the driveway, with up to one additional vehicle parked on the street in front of the home. Please do not block neighboring driveways, the mailbox, or the fire hydrant.

• Ithaca Haven is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties and events are not permitted. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours.

• The home has stairs inside and at the entrances. Baby gates are provided, but children should always be supervised. This home is not wheelchair accessible.

• A creek runs beyond the fenced area at the back of the property. For safety, a fence separates the backyard from the creek and the creek area is not accessible to guests. Please do not climb over or allow children beyond the fence. Children should always be supervised while outdoors.

SMOKING & SUBSTANCE POLICY

This is a strictly non-smoking property inside the home. Any evidence of smoking indoors, including cigarette, cigar, or vape odors, ash, or residue, will result in additional cleaning and damage fees.

Marijuana and other illegal substances are not permitted anywhere inside the home or anywhere on the property. Please do not bring marijuana into the home, even for storage, as the odor can linger and may require additional cleaning.

If you choose to smoke cigarettes, please do so away from the house, either at the backyard fire pit area opposite the AC unit or in the driveway.

Please do not smoke on the front porch, near doors or windows, near the outdoor A/C unit, or while using the hot tub.

Please dispose of all cigarette butts safely in an appropriate container. Do not throw them on the ground or leave them anywhere on the property. Cigarette butts or smoking debris left behind may result in an additional cleanup fee.

Please do not bring used cigarettes or ashtrays inside the home at any time.
