Villa Bohinca offers a very high level of comfort and facilities for groups of up to 12 people in 5 bedrooms. Completely renovated and newly furnished in 2015 with top quality fittings and fixtures, the house comprises a raised ground floor with 3 bedrooms (one large double bedroom with balcony access, one twin bedroom and one bunk bed room) and a spacious bathroom with large shower enclosure. On the second floor is a wonderful spacious open plan kitchen, living room, dining room with panoramic views and balcony stretching the length of the room. The living areas have been placed on this level to maximise the light and the breathtaking views which are hard to avoid. The wood burner which is the centrepiece of the sitting area ensures toasty Winter evenings and plenty of atmosphere. The second floor also offers a spacious bathroom with shower and a second living room / TV room, which works great as a kids playroom and also has a double sofabed for use as an extra bedroom with larger group sizes. In the loft are two lovely attic bedrooms, one double with stunning private balcony and a twin room to the rear of the house. There is a further shower room on this level. In the basement level is the heating room, a table tennis room and Summer kitchen. A terrace and BBQ in front of the house for al fresco Summer eating whilst drinking in the views completes the picture. All twin beds can be pushed together to make doubles.
