"I needed a large house at Bognor Regis for a family reunion. This house ticked all the boxes. A clean house, spacious rooms. provided towels and toiletries and lots more. It was warm and comfortable. Loved the decor.My family we impressed and hope to visit again.I would recommend this excellent property. "

"My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at Tern Cottage. It was very comfortable and had everything you would need for a longer stay (washing machine was particularly useful). We also had mid stay housekeeping which we were very impressed with.
The location of the Cottage is extremely close to all the shops, seafront, park and train station.
Any queries we had were dealt with very promptly by the owner Kristin. She was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend a stay here whether short or...

"The bungalow was well appointed and clean.
However the bathroom had some mould on the tiles, and on the non slip bath mat .
Otherwise it was clean and comfortable.
We were really pleased to be moved there after the flat we had booked was dirty and stank of cigarette smoke.
That flat should not be on your books."
