"Bathroom in our apartment flooded as the slope of the bathroom was going against the drain. It took the staff a lot of time to resolve. They ending up upgrading us to a better room the next day but for such a nice resort they need to get their construction sorted. Also, they restrict consumption of store bought alcholhol in the hotel room which is very strange. You should be free to consume what you want in your room. "

"The hotel rooms are not maintained.. there were no toilet kits, RO water was provided ,beds springs are projecting out. Exhaust fan was not working. No electrician was available. Very poor experience. "

"A lovely family run guesthouse close to GOI airport. I had a premium room which was spacious, clean and had balconies to the front and back of the room. A short walk down to the beach where there are a number of restaurants to eat and watch the sunset. Would stay here again for sure"

"Beach view from villa was obstructed. In general, the property was clean but looked dated,. The main pool area, in particular was kitschy and not commensurate with the star rating and per day charge (average of $700 per night). I had to ask for newspapers everyday and staff didn't ask if I wanted one delivered every morning . At dinner at one of the restaurants, cheese was added to our vegan pasta and another day, I had to remind the waiter 3 times to get me a beer. This last item is not...

"Excellent value with a great discount. Very quiet, bound bound to be hectic during peak season. Restaurant served excellent food and generous portions. Only downside is that it is off the beaten track, which suited me just fine, so transport is a must."

We have come since it opened last year this is our second year staying at this beautiful hotel! Staff go up & beyond to ensure your stay is the best you can have nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are so friendly & helpful from front desk to restaurant/chefs to housekeeeping all brilliant do such a great job I can’t rate them highly enough! "

"The Staff was Very Very Un Professional. Ideally they dont know how to run a Hotel who were the Responsible person. Wont recommend the Hotel to any one. If u get it for 3000 Rs then you can stay. Breakfast was Pathetic Person at Reception was more than pathetic."
