The staff at check-in were very kind and helpful. On the first day, I was given an “upgraded” room, but since it had one large and one small bed, there wasn’t much space to move around not ideal for a five-night stay. The next day, they changed it to a regular room on an upper floor, which was much better.
The minibar wasn’t cooling, but I didn’t really need it, so I mentioned it at check-out. The location is very central, the pool area is nice and never crowded, and the breakfast was lovely. The lady making omelettes had such positive energy!
However, there was no filter coffee available at breakfast or at the bar , only machine coffee.( It is a bit dissapointing I have to say ) Overall, though, it’s a nice hotel with good value for money. During check-out, staff could maybe be a bit more engaging (for example, asking how the stay was ), but everything else was great!
