"ウィーンを訪れる家族や友人に必ずオススメしたい評価の高いホテルである。ホテルが小規模なので、スタッフから親密なサービスが受けられる。大きいホテルだと部外者が入ってくることもあるが、そういうこともなく安全性が高い。立地が良く、夜間に行われるオペラ座や楽友協会、カールス教会などのコンサートに、徒歩数分で行くことができる。観光の主要駅であるカールスプラッツ駅のすぐそばである。遠方に行く際に利用する、主要駅であるウィーン中央駅にも近い。リンク内のホテルだと、お店や人が多く、細い路地も入り組みわかりにくく、観光にも不便だが、こちらはリンク外周部のすぐそばだから、観光に便利でかつ、閑静で安全性も高い。ホテルの部屋は広く、２つのスーツケースを広げておいても、じゃまにならないほど。部屋の乾燥もなく、自宅にいるように快適だった。浴室も広い。アットホームな温かいホテルで、家族や友人におすすめしたい。"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a very Parisian feel to it. The front desk staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The rooftop bar is a must even if you don’t stay the hotel. The hotel is literally steps away from the underground train which can take you all over the city. "

"This was my second visit, and once again I was impressed. The location is perfect, and every staff member was very kind and welcoming. On this trip, I felt their hospitality even more strongly. Especially Hanna, one of the staff members, was so helpful and warm that I still remember her name. If you are visiting Vienna, I highly recommend staying here – you will truly enjoy the experience!"

"The hotel was comfortable and the staff friendly. It’s very close to the main train station if you are traveling to other cities. It’s conveniently located to the U and it’s two stops from the main tourist area. We had a beautiful view of the city. The only downside is breakfast while delicious with a wide variety of food, it is expensive. Nice rooftop bar which unfortunately we didn’t go to due to bad weather. I highly recommend. "

"The hotel was excellent. Attention to detail was evident both in the room and throughout the entire property, with no faults in any of the room’s facilities. The beds were very comfortable, and the room and corridor had a pleasant fragrance. Breakfast felt refined and healthy. After a long journey driving across Hungary, this hotel was the perfect place to rest. There is also a small but cosy park next to the hotel, featuring a pond and beautiful roses."
