Heart of Historic Bluffton BEST LOCATION, Charming Cottage THIS IS THE ONE

This quaint cottage is in the heart of it all. Close to family-friendly activities and nightlife, located on the main street of Bluffton SC on CALHOUN STREET. Park off street (1) space provided and walk everywhere. 2 blocks to the town dock and Church of the Cross too. There is a park behind the home as well as one block away. The home sits on 1/2 an acre of land with amazing oak trees.

Featuring a renovated bathroom, new living room couch that folds out into an extra bed, full kitchen with EVERYTHING including coffee maker, dishwasher, major appliances and ICE. Grill is provided along with access to laundry if needed. There’s a carport too if additional space is needed (shared with accessory unit).

Park and walk to restaurants, shops, bars and galleries. Located in the heart of Bluffton, 2 blocks to the town dock and the famous Church of the Cross. All of the pictures you see is within steps from the home. It's truly a one of a kind space and location.

You’ll love my place because of the light, the comfy beds and coziness of this home. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Fast WIFI and helpful property managers on call.

Try the Pearl next door for amazing dinner and drinks, or have breakfast at the Cottage across the street or coffee at Corner Perk at the top of the street. At the end of the street, just 3 blocks away, is the town dock great for watching sunsets. Park once and enjoy Bluffton and the lowcountry. 10 minutes to Hilton Head, 30 to Savannah or Beaufort, come and explore. Be sure to check out the Farmer's Market on Thursdays! We are happy to host you.

We also have a Tesla charging station in the garage for your convenience.

* Check out by 10 unless prior arrangements are made with Kevin please. Also pet fee is $75 per pet per stay. Call or message us with any questions, we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Admin and Support hours end at 9:00 PM. Any raised concerns will be acknowledged the morning of the next day. We look forward to hosting you.

The location is outstanding; you can walk all over Old Town Bluffton from the house and never have to get back in your vehicle. It is not a luxury accommodation, but it is clean, comfortable, and ideal for a long weekend. The host was outstanding with communication. We would absolutely stay here again.

We are long time Hilton Head residents and are considering moving/building in Old Town Bluffton so wanted to see what it would be like staying in town. Coming directly from our summer home we did not have the opportunity to do a drive by to check out the place so we trusted the photos. Unfortunately the home and property is neglected and needs much repair; but that we could have lived with, and chalked it up to lack of planning on our part. Although we messaged the owner on day 2 of our 11 day stay that their trash was not picked up (for who knows how long); no trash was ever pick up and the outdoor receptacle (that was used by the 4 other tenants staying on the property) stunk to high heaven and was full of maggots. The pictures do not depict, or was it disclosed on the listing, that a dilapidated camper and truck is park and used nightly in the yard just outside one of the bedrooms. We had to clean what must have been years of lint in the dryer vent when we returned to a burning smell throughout the house that luckily did not catch the house on fire. The house smelled like mold throughout (we immediately cleaned and invested in candles and air fresheners); the backdoor was warped shut and few windows even operated. We never ventured in the backyard because the 4 residents of the 3 other rental units occupied that space (a tiny 2 story outbuilding houses 3 people; 2 in the upstairs "unit" and one in the other; and not sure how many live in the camper). Sad experience.

Check-in was easy. The cottage was located in Old Bluffton. Easily accessible to restaurants, the river and public pier, art galleries, shops, and the farmer's market. Kitchen facilities allowed us to prepare several meals for family. Beds were comfortable. Off street parking was great. Our host promptly answered questions regarding laundry facilities, extra night's stay, and TV accessibility. Met a lot of friendly people.

Very quaint little cottage had everything we needed for a short reunion with our granddaughter who was visiting her mom locally. Plenty of room in each area for vacation needs and "entertaining". The grill was great, master bed (2nd bedroom not used) & living area furniture comfy and well-equipped kitchen/dining area. Easy entry and check out. Our main focus was family time inside, not the sights of Bluffton, and we were all very comfortable. Kevin was very responsive to all communication.

Enjoyable experience

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It was very clean and the location is excellent! Had a minor issue with the battery dying on the front door lock access, but we had 3 people on it right away and we got it fixed. The cottage was perfect for my wife and I and our 2 little poodles. Easy walks to everything downtown. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

All of the other places I have rented had beach towels, beach chairs etc. For the price I expected thos things plus more utensils, and towels. There was no warm feeling, I can tell its more of a bachelor pad not a vacation rental. It is overpriced. But the owner responded to my emails on a timely manner and it was clean. It is at least 300.00 over priced.

Old house

Location is good. Lighting and outlets in the house are terrible. Cannot do serious work on computers. Needs to have a Keurig coffeemaker not old fashioned coffee pot - we had to get our own maker. If more than one vehicle, parking must be in the street as the tenant parking makes it difficult. Owner very responsive and answers questions quickly
