"Top marks for location, cleanliness and function! Bedrooms could use ceiling fans since there is no A/C inside the bedrooms themselves. Sheets could be updated (a bit scratchy), and we discovered in the morning that the balcony doors do not lock so that could be fixed. Otherwise, a great quick stay in one of our favourite places!"

"Plage loin d'être privé, il y a toujours des gens qui sont sur les quai dans votre fenêtre.Le logement est sale et mal entretenu. Des vises dépasse et blesse les gens (poigné de moustiquaire et assise de chaise.L'internet est inexistantOn s'est acheté de la vaissel jetable tellement c'étais sale.Je leur ai fait part le la propreté, je sais qu'il sont repassé mais c'était toujours sale après."

"The property was neat and tidy as was the one bedroom apartment. The ground floor was fairly quiet except for the footsteps of people staying above. Kitchen was fairly well equipped. There was no oven or stovetop so they had a toaster oven and hot plate instead. The view of the neighbouring wall limited the amount of natural light. Overall, it was good value a nice place to stay near the centre of Picton. "

"This was our honeymoon. We are from Kingston and are both over 50. This home away from home couldn’t have been more perfect. It was clean, cozy and had everything you could possibly need. The view of the water was gorgeous and the sunsets were amazing. The trailer was parked on the owners property but you would never know they were there. "Our host provided us with everything we would need for a memorable trip to Picton Ontario. The property is ideally located a short distance from the town. The property was newly built, very roomy, clean and provided a plug in for a EV vehicle. The owners are very friendly and provided great recommendations for eating out, shopping, parking, directions and what to see. I would highly recommend this place."

"Plenty of room to accommodate our group - we were in Wellington for a wedding and this location was perfect! Lots of shops within walking distance, and great communication from the host. Would recommend! "

"The lily pad is a chatming "tiny hiuse@ right on the water. Deco stations is very lovely. Bed is super comfortable. Rooftop deck is very cool"

"Randy was very helpful. We had to be at a wedding for 4:00 in Wellington and he helpfully made our cottage available for us at 2:00. Thank you Randy! We will stay again if we are ever in the area."

"Excellent séjour! La propriété est située à quelques minutes du Parc de Sandbanks et offre tout le confort nécessaire que nous recherchions avec nos 2 ados. Le propriétaire réponds très rapidement et est très sympathique. 10/10 assurément ! "

"The accommodation was beautiful and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Michelle went above and beyond to make our time pleasant and answered quickly whenever we had questions.The fridge wasn't working properly which was a bit inconvenient but there was a small drinks fridge where we kept what we could. "This is a great location, very family friendly, Randy the Property Manager was always availaobe by phone when we needed. There were 4 adults and 3 kids in the group and the property was more than enough to accomodate all of us. I highly recommend this property and want to Thank Randy for his hospitality."
