"We stayed for one night, June 2025, I wish it had been longer! From start to finish, everything about our stay was lovely. Picturesque building in a beautiful setting. "A really great find! Un peu de cuisine française en Angleterre! Service is excellent, food is so good 10 isn’t enough. "The Boulevard is a fabulous hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only improvement would be room number directions on each floor as the rooms are numbered in the oddest way and dont follow on. We struggled to find our room as did another guest later in the day."

"Would definitely visit again! We had a free room upgrade and it was a significant improvement on the room we had anticipated - thank you very much! The room looked a little tired and so were some of the corridor/stair areas too. Our wasn't perfectly clean - the windows, mirrors and a large crisp was fairly obvious but overall, it was good. "Pine Lake resort is in a beautiful location with easy access to the motorway and A6. The reception staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. The studio accommodation is lovely which is spacious, clean and has great facilities. All the things you would need at home you'll find in your room. I've stayed at the Pine Lake resort several times before and is always at top of my list for somewhere to stay in the area. Definitely would recommend here."
