Directly at the Müritz National Park, 3km away from the World Heritage Site Serrahn, in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District Feldberger Seenlandschaft, the holiday home is located 100m from its own bathing area at the Rödliner See. Lake Rödlin is an integral part of the European bird sanctuary "Forest and Lake Landscape Lieps-Serrahn". On the ground floor of the detached holiday home there is a cosy living room with a modern equipped kitchenette and a wonderful view of the lake and the bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with a view of the lake. In front of your own wooden terrace, you can enjoy the sunset with a swivelling barbecue by the campfire and watch your own horse in the pasture. The patio door and windows are fitted with insect screens. You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you. The use of the stairs and the outdoor area is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.A modern open-plan kitchen is located in the living area with a direct view of the lake, the garden and the terrace.The spacious bedroom is located on the 1st floor with a view of the lake and the pond in the garden.All windows are fitted with mosquito screens.If you bring a pet, you must bring your own bed linen.The water is heated with an instantaneous water heater. For cooler days, the holiday home is equipped with an electric storage heaterequipped. The use of the stairs and the outdoor area is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.The garden is at your own free disposal and is surrounded by shrubs and bushes, but is not fenced in.There is direct access to the lake from the garden. Sunbathing and seating are available in the garden and lake area. A barbecue is available for your own use; beech wood can be purchased from the landlord.Bicycles can be parked at the house.Our guests appreciate the heavenly peace and quiet, the relaxation by the lake and the many special nature observations.Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and explore the Müritz National Park, which is only 3 kilometres away.In Neustrelitz, Feldberg and Neubrandenburg you will find many cultural offers, gastronomy and nature experiences.
