This property was perfect for our family of 13. We had plenty of space to spread out in the house, and the land around the house was great for the kids to run around. There was basketball, the river to skip rocks in and, of course, the pool! There’s a deer feeder out back and we got to see lots of deer every morning! Our hosts couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. The weather was super hot, but the AC was GREAT!! One plus was that, unlike other properties we’ve stayed at, there were plenty of towels! Definitely recommend!

Host was easy to communicate with. Perfect for a family. Lots of activities for kids. Unfortunately the Blanco River was dry but the kids had fun playing in the rocks. If you plan to do a lot of cooking you may want to bring your own utensils. They have many but they are quiet warn out. I highly recommend this property for a family or large group.

Absolute gorgeous property!! This home accommodated family and friends for a college graduation celebration. The isolated location made for a peaceful retreat yet still only 8 minutes away from the main town. Highly recommend for large gatherings with each room providing multiple beds and perfect for multiple families. Laura is a gracious host and very responsive to any concerns or requests.
