✹ The home is lovely, warm and inviting......Tim and Katie have thought of everything to make their home comfortable and the perfect place to stay in the Georgia mountains. The view is the icing on the cake........ what a beautiful view they have from just about every room!
✹ The house was exactly as described and Tim and Katie provided so much helpful information to make it a super easy and stress-free stay!
✹ The house was amazing with small thoughtful touches. My nieces loved the downstairs where there are so many games and things to keep the kids attention. I can’t rave enough about this place!
✹ If I could give a 6 star rating for Tim & Katie regarding their timely & prompt communication I would definitely do so! AWESOME hosts & lovely home!!
✹ This place is incredible and a stunning location. Last house on the block on a beautiful mountain side looking at sunset.
✹ We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning watching deer and groundhogs pass through the yard. There were plenty of activities and room for everyone. When we arrived there was a complimentary smore's basket which we enjoyed using at the fire pit. There was also plenty of firewood available. This cabin was well stocked and clean. It is only a 5 to 10 minute drive into town which has cute little shops and located close to several hiking trails.
✹ Fabulous home with beautiful western-facing views of the sunset in the mountains. Loved the mural, fire pit and amenities! The basement setup was amazing with lots of entertainment for the big and little kids!

We had a great time with several old college buddies from around the southeast who met for a few days of golf, laughs and reminiscing. The house is perfect for cooking dinner and enjoying the beautiful mountain sunsets. We used the fire pit every night and the nice coffee maker each morning. The house was very clean and bathrooms were well stocked with shampoos, etc. The hosts were in touch before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved the seclusion yet closeness to Blairsville. Definitely a place I would return to and recommend to others.

This rental supplied everything you need for a comfortable and fun stay. It has a beautiful view of the mountains right from your living room, window, balcony porch, fire pit, and hot tub. It is conveniently located to all the places we wanted to see, great hiking, and good restaurants and stores.Our entire family, young and old, thoroughly enjoyed their stay. This place was everything described and more. One thing that I always complain about is the lack of fun body mirrors and somewhere to rest my luggage. They covered that! Thank you for that!! I will be back as we only stayed for one night. We didn't use it to it's full potential but it was still everything we needed. For a rainy day in.

Everything was just lovely. Plenty to do. My only request would have been for instructions for the sauna. The only ones I found didn’t match what I saw so we didn’t get to use it.

The pictures doesn’t do it justice it’s a lot nicer in person!! It’s beautifully decorated and clean! The hot tub and game room was wonderful. The owners were very much on the ball with anything we asked about. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone!

Wonderful romantic weekend getaway at this beautifully maintained cabin on the mountain. We enjoyed the spacious bedroom, downstairs game room, and fully equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of space on the bathroom vanity which I loved. The beautiful view of the mountains in the distance was just as promised. Very close to the downtown area with restaurants and shopping which was nice. The owners are very responsive and super helpful. Our tips for a great stay: If arriving for a weekend getaway, note that some of the local shops and restaurants are closed on Sunday, Monday, and/or Tuesday. However, shopping and dining in nearby Helen is a great alternative. If you enjoy a glass of wine on the weekend, make sure to get it before Sunday. There are no alcohol sales in stores on Sundays. Final tip, our GPS was a little quirky finding the street. I'd try to arrive before nightfall to better see street signs and parking when navigating up the mountain.

The communication and support from owners was great. Nice views from back deck. Bedrooms all great except 4th bedroom bunk space was tight. Good amenities. Hot tub and fire pit area great along with beds and seating areas. Was clean except floors were not swept well. Overall great stay liked blairsville and Helen area was great!

Location and cabin were great especially the view. We wished the outside area was a little more clean and manicured. This would have made sitting around the fire pit more enjoyable. The view is amazing however it would have been nice to have more comfortable seating on the main level deck along with shades that came down from the top to block the sun at certain times of the day. Overall it was a great cabin and stay!!

Exceeded my expectations in all ways. Coming from flatland Florida, the drive to the cabin was a thrill up and down hills. The views from the cabin porches were breathtaking. The bedrooms and beds were comfy and the bathrooms were substantial. We felt at home. Hated to leave.

Our annual guys golf trip to the mountains decided to stay at Tim’s cabin. It was absolutely perfect. Plenty of sleeping space, polio table, hot tub, and incredible views of the north Georgia mountains. We will be back next year.

I celebrated my 40th birthday here. I searched high and low for a place that had breathtaking views with a centralized location to wineries and shops. This exceeded all my expectations! Unbelievable views and the homeowners have thought of it all- game room, hot tub, fire pit and cozy decor. My only complaint is that I didn’t book the place for longer. We hit wineries, shops and even a casino while staying here. My favorite moment was watching the sunset over the mountains! This place is a piece of heaven! Thank you for hosting us, we’ll be back for another stay in the future! 10/10 recommend!

We had 6 guys and 7 women staying in this cabin. There was so much to do like playing pool, sitting by the fire, or even sitting in the hot tub. No one was bored. The nice big picnic type table on the upper back deck was wonderful for dinners with a view with plenty of space for all. Even in the kitchen there was a generous size table to sit at, everything you need for cooking. t. Anytime I had a questions for the owner, he responded within the hour or less. It was a great experience and the students I brought along had a wonderful time. They were able to go down into the basement area and shut the door so those of us upstairs weren't bothered by the noise.

Stayed at Sunny View with my wife and 4 adult children. The layout out the cabin was perfect to provide enough space to either gather together or just find your own place to enjoy the mountains. From well-stocked necessities, cabin amenities, a great layout of the cabin, the secluded location, incredible views, the above and beyond communication by the host, all things were top notch. All of the factors listed above are rated 5 star and contributed to one of the best vacations our family has ever experienced. Thank you so much Tim & Katie - we will definitely return next year!

Our family of 9 enjoyed our stay! Very clean, lots of games for the family to enjoy! We had a toddler with us so the stairs are a little bit of an issue but the door at the bottom of the stairs helped! Minutes away from the town. The hosts were very helpful and easy to get in touch with!

We stayed here for 3 days at Christmas with a family of 7. The cabin was fantastic! Very clean with lots of space. The sheets on the beds were very soft, which is a major plus for me. The view from the porches was spectacular. I would absolutely recommend staying at this cabin.

The cabin was truly amazing! It is a gorgeous cabin, extremely clean, and we were even welcomed with a S'mores basket. We used it for a bachelorette party, and every single person loved it! The location is very central for hiking/nature trails, as well as wineries/breweries. At the end of day, you can relax in the hot tub, or just sit around the fire. Definitely recommend!!

Everything about our stay was nice and, as others have noted, the s'mores kit provided by the owner was a very nice treat. We particularly enjoyed the game room. Owner is very responsive to inquiries. Overall, it was beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend.
