Not a 4 but jot a 3. We had been traveling all day. The purpose of the trip was to return my father's ashes to Alabama. We arrived around 10 PM sad tired and weary. I came into the lobby already prebooked and was greeted by Anita who seem to be suffering from a case of "the uns" : unwilling, unfriendly, unkind, and unhelpful. Yes, we did get rooms and they were fine (no hand soap though) Anita seemed unaware that she works in the hospitality industry. When unfortunately I asked what the check time was she snapped "I already told you it was 11". When i called out for someone she barked that it was unnecessary as i was on camera. When asked about luggage carts she complained that she didn't know as they werent infront of her... I found them after hauling everything myself right by the other door...which I'm sure Anita knows exists. All her efforts were put into her snippy come backs: face, tone and attitude. If the late shift is not for you see your manager. Breakfast option were sub par, mostly inedible and tired. Ther morning staff at large was friendly, helpful and welcoming.
