Family room, was great, very clean and inviting. Breakfast was lovely. Host are great, very pleasant and accommodating. Last minute stay not knowing what to expect as usually go for big hotels, can not fault, enjoyed every minute.

Fabulous place to stay. Away from hustle and bustle but near enough to walk or take tram. (Tram stops at top of the road) Julie and kevin lovely hosts, friendly but not intrusive, just right balance. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Great breakfast with good selection. Very accommodating when my 11 year old grsndson didn't want cooked breakfast and happily made him sausage sandwiches 😊 nothing was too much trouble. Was just perfect !!

Fantastic

We stayed for one night but the owners were lovely and friendly. Our room was fabulous it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was lovely we will be back in the future.

A warm welcome.

Only stayed 1 night at the Surrey house on a last minute trip. We arrived early and was warmly greeted and had no issues with car parking. Due to us booking late we had the last room room 6 which is the smallest room and felt cramped but the room was brightly decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Kev and julie made us feel very welcome and always very sociable. The breakfast was lovely and well cooked and loved the home made whisky and orange marmalade . They even let us leave the car in the car park after checkout so we could enjoy the day. As the saying in reception says arrive as guests leave as friends.

Weekend stay

Myself and my partner stopped on Saturday at this lovely hotel .Very homely , excellent service . Hotel was immaculately clean . The owners were both so lovely , friendly, and caring .. Breakfast was lovely .. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stop in Blackpool... thankyou both for an excellent stay ..will definitely book here again ..

Lovely clean and perfect hotel

What a lovely hotel, perfect for our family stay. Placed at the top North end of Blackpool beach but easy reach of everything either via short walk along the beach front or via the regular trams. The hotel staff were welcoming and very friendly. Even had free parking that that let us use on the Sunday all day, even though we had checked out. Very nice of them. The room was large and modern , with a lovely on suite bathroom and extremely clean. Beds were comfy and room had tea/coffee making facilities and a TV too. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone and would more than happily stay here again.

Nice hotel very welcoming

The hotel was excellent the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room we stayed in was very clean and had an en suite bathroom with shower. The room had tea and coffee facilities and a tv. The bed was really comfortable. The hotel was very clean and very homely.

Excellent, clean, modern and very friendly owners.

This hotel was very comfortable, clean and beautifully maintained. The decor modern and bathroom was spotless. The owners were extremely friendly and made the stay a pleasure. Breakfast was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice and clean and quiet

The hotel was very very nice indeed injoyed staying there and would stay there the only negative point is the show is to small for me but any one below 6 feet 2 inches and medium build is ok

Spotless Blackpool Hotel

Lovely updated hotel just if main promenade. Room was huge, light and airy and spotless. Lovely owners whom made us all feel at home. Great freshly cooked breakfast and waitress very friendly and efficient..nothing was too much trouble. Would stay again in this hotel if in Blackpool area.

Excellent Hotel - very comfortable and friendly

The hotel is ideally placed for public transport and access to the promanade just perfect for doing the illuminations. Julie and Kevin are very friendly and Julie goes out of her way to make your stay memorable.

Very Good

Had a family room very large easily accommodated 2 adults 2 children. Room was immaculate. Full English breakfast with cereals and as many rounds of toast as required set us up for the day. Car park at rear proprietor let us leave car there after checkout as staying in Blackpool rest of day saved on car park charges. would recommend.
