"We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. "

"The hotel is nice. The building seems to have been converted from a country house and the interior decorations are quite nice. The staff are friendly and eager to help. We didn’t try the evening meal but the breakfast was good. The hotel doesn’t have a lift, although there aren’t too many steps, still a lift seemed necessary. Also the bathroom seemed to be in need of refurbishment. I would give the overall experience four out of five."

"There is parking behind the waitrose and staff walked us there after their shift had ended to ensure we understood the parking App since tomorrow is the Farmers Market on High Street and we would have to move the vehicle early. Now it’s all sorted and paid in advance. Of course it’s an older hotel and everything is crooked and settled, but you should come here for that eclectic experience, as we did. I just miss the old mural that was painted in the pub before, replaced by a more modern map. "

"The staff are very friendly, attentive and so helpful! They go above and beyond to make your stay great. We managed to upgrade to a suite for just £25 extra which was great to have the extra space and a nice coffee machine, however the room could do with a bit of modernising. The bed and sofa bed weren't very comfortable and both very noisy when moving even just a little bit.
