The security guard went to get us a luggage cart to help with our bags and she told him he could not do that and she needed to call someone to get it. After we waited in line what seemed like forever when we had no problem getting the bags ourself. Then the incidental fee was $200 and I asked about that and she proceeded to ask me why we didn’t go to Hilton. After all of that we went to the room and went to turn...

"This was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and welcoming . I will have to say the front desk workers were not that friendly...they were not rude just not pleasant. The only other disappointment was the pool was closed due to rain and did not reopen after the rain stopped. The elevators were so beautiful inside. The rooms were so clean and very spacious, the decor was so tropical and relaxing, beds and pillows were great, and during our stay...

"Extremely dirty parking lot. The hallway and the elevator of the hotel haven't been swept in days. Windows have not been cleaned. Our toilet wooden flush in our sink stopped up constantly. The room was very humid. The room was clean compared to the rest of the hotel. Check out time is at 11:00. At 8:00 a.m. I had to check out to catch a plane. No one was there to issue me my deposit back. I've tried to call and they won't return my calls and they won't answer the phone. They use a voicemail...

"The good....The room was really clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. The ok...The bathroom was mostly clean, but dirt was built up in the corners of the bathroom floors, the paint was chipped along the floor boards, the jetted tub showed signs of corrosion. "I would’ve rated everything excellent but the property was under going renovation and it was a bit loud and dusty! The lady who made the cookies for the front desk, made sure we had an abundance of chocolate chip cookies and sugar cookies. She went out of her way to make them for us."

"I think you should let people know if the pool is closed. Also, the restaurant is only open Thursday-Sunday. I understand that might be an economic issue."

"While the room itself was nice, I was disappointed by the lack of information about the area and how to get around. It would have been helpful to have a welcome guide or itinerary in the room with details about local attractions, transportation options, restaurants, and other useful information for guests. Having those resources readily available would have made the stay much more enjoyable and convenient."

"A little noisy but otherwise GREAT. There’s a Texas Roadhouse right in front of the hotel so that was convenient. Staff were phenomenal! Right off 1-25. Way better than a regular hotel. Didn’t make it up in time for breakfast but it smelled good. I felt very safe , would return in a heartbeat. Very clean, comfortable bed."
