"The motel room and carpet needs to be cleaned more and the walls also need painting and the window above the kitchen sink needs new kitchen blinds. The curtains hanging in the front window and the rod that holds the curtains needs repair. The chair in the room and the cabinet that holds a customer’s clothes needs to be replaced with a nicer chair and cabinet."

Staff was accommodating and prompt. The only suggestion I would give is that when providing the cabin number/addresses to the lake side properties to use cabin5 address for all rooms.
