"The property manager was so kind and really accommodated our requests to remove all fragrances and fragranced linens to support our son’s asthma triggers. "Excellent location, next to a lovely park by the beach. Our room was spotless and we even had a little seating area outside our room. Lovely and quiet at night. Parking was the trickiest bit in terms of getting luggage to/from the car park (a 7-8 minute walk) but we'd only gone for a night so we were able to do it all in one go."

"It makes Fawlty Towers look professional, friendly and clean. Couldn't quite believe this is a functioning institution. The fact they refuse to refund the booking only adds insult to injury. "I have been staying in Dartmouth working for the past 8 months and wish I found this place sooner. It is a lovely room with views and the couple are lovely and very welcoming. This place is better than all the hotels that I have stayed in. Would 100% recommend and happily stay in again."

"The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain."

"The bungalow was exactly as described but even better than we expected for a holiday let. A large open-plan and well-appointed lounge/diner/kitchen. The views from the site were lovely.
