"We had such a great stay at Urban! Very central, so not very far to different places by using yandex/taxi. The staff were brilliant and when we arrived exhausted at 9 am to put our bags in storage before the check-in at 2 they actually let us check in early and got us a room! The room was very nice and comfortable (could have been more sockets), and all in all it was a great time."

"Comfortable beds on a side street - just off a large street but without any street noise. Friendly staff in mid-afternoon greeted me. Rooms are basic but clean. Had air conditioner in the room - I didn't need it in April but in summer will be essential. "

"I stayed for three nights at Bishkek Centrum and the hotel was perfectly fine. When I arrived they were suffering a power cut which apparently is not unheard of in Bishkek but I got into my room and registered later. I had a suite which was pretty good but by no means opulent. My room wasn’t cleaned one day but that was probably my fault as I didn’t hang the thing on the doorknob when i went out for the day. The breakfast is good but it is made to order and the choice is not huge. It is very...

"We stayed there for one night. Clean rooms. Good staff. Good value for money. A basic hotel for short stays. My room did not have a minibar while my colleaugue's room had one. Good four star. Quiet surrounding."

"Decent hotel. But some odd features in the room. For instance, the bathroom has limited privacy because the door is glass and there is a large window in the bathroom so you cannot sleep when the sun comes up. No curtain to close the window. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Willing to help."

"Really nice hotel, big rooms, very cheap in the low season so I can’t complain too much. However, there’s a bar next door with loud music during the night. Fortunately I had ear plugs, but I know many people dont like to use them. If you are a light sleeper I’m sure you can let them know before you get there. The staff is very nice and speaks English, specially the girl from the front desk. "

"The rooms in this hotel are very nice, modern and extremely clean. All is brand new. Staff is helpful and nice. What i didn't like was the area (rather ugly and i didn't feel very safe there). Also, it was pretty noisy in the rooms as the windows were not soundproof and there is a street on one side and the children's playground on the other side of this hotel. "
