Welcome to our rustic home in Kingswinford. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your stay a one of a kind.


This property has a coal fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay.
Staying here also allows you access to the private garden.


As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge freezer, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, microwave, dishwasher , washing machine,twin ait fryer and a juice blender. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers several tv’s and internet access.


This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5.
In the first bedroom, you will find a superking bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a king bed.
The third bedroom contains a single bed. There is a sofa bed that sleeps two also in the 2nd living room.The bathroom has a his and hers sink,a bath with a shower over. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. However early check in/check out is available @£10 per hour - Smoking or vaping is not allowed. No outdoor shoes on carpeted areas - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
The property is over 400 years old with lots of history as oppose to a 5 star clinical resort.
