Please note: two flights of stairs to the apartment.

Spacious Grade II penthouse occupies a converted jewellery workshop within Grade II-listed Enamel Works. High ceilings, period features and large windows give the apartment its distinctive character, while contemporary interiors make it a comfortable place to spend time—not simply somewhere to sleep.

Guests repeatedly praise the generous space, and some have found the apartment larger than the photographs suggested. Whether you are sharing a city break with friends, travelling as a family or staying in Birmingham for work, there is room to enjoy being together and retreat to separate bedrooms.

An arrival of your own

The apartment has a dedicated street entrance and keypad self-check-in. Please note that it is reached by two flights of stairs, so it will not suit guests who require step-free access.

Guest access

You will have exclusive use of the entire three-bedroom apartment, including its kitchen, living space and two bathrooms. These spaces are not shared with other guests.

Access is through the apartment’s dedicated street entrance, with keypad self-check-in. Arrival instructions will be provided before your stay.

Please plan for two flights of stairs to reach the apartment, including when carrying luggage. There is no step-free access.
